    Basement Waterproofing; Backwater Prevention Valve Installation

    We were super impressed with Aquamaster and Fedor. Fedor came to our house promptly to discuss our waterproofing issues, and took the time to have a look at our basement and drainage, explain how waterproofing and backflow prevention systems work and suggest solutions for us. All of the work was completed on time and on budget. Fedor's crews were very careful in their work, and left the work areas looking clean and tidy. Fedor kept in contact with us and attended the work site regularly. We particularly appreciated that he advised us about some issues discovered in the course of the work, and discussed solutions with us. We would highly recommend Aquamaster for basement waterproofing and backwater prevention valve installation. We are ourselves planning to have Aquamaster do further work for us. We had Aquamaster do further work - replacement of a sump pump and installation of a back up power system. The work was conducted as professionally, carefully and tidily as we have come to expect from this company. We are very pleased with the work.

    2 new outside taps, closed old one off, good height to use

    Fedor was fantastic! 1. he came quickly to quote (I wanted a tap replacement before the landscaper arrived on the Monday) 2. suggested a better alternative than the current locations under the deck and inside the garage (neither near where I needed them) 3. did the work on a Saturday so it was ready for the Monday 4. I wasn't able to be there so my neighbor came to my rescue. he told me that Fedor even laid down plastic wherever he walked (not just where the work was being done) and was very impressed with his precision and cleanliness 5. capped off the old pipe in case I want to ever reinstall it (instead of ripping it out) 6. did perfect joins through my new stucco 7. even emailed me afterwards to ensure I was happy with everything after I was home and reminded me what to do in winter. 8. charged much less than I expected :-) I could not be happier!

    Service

    Work of "Aqua Masters" is impressive. We found that we have some moisture on the walls in our basement. Two years ago, Aqua Master stop the leakage in our basement. We were very satisfied with the quality of work. So we turned back to him. Fedor came on call very quickly and reassured us. It turned out that this condensate, which is caused by hot weather. Thank you very much, Aqua Master. I highly recommend this company.

    Waterline 3/4 & Sewage Line

    Aquamaster came highly recommended by my cousin. The quote and final price was exactly what we originally agreed upon. Never late and can always reach them whenever you call. What's amazing is how clean they kept the work area. We recently landscaped and we were concerned that our grass would die because of the pit they needed to dig. It's like it never happened! They used tarps and tried to minimise any potential in damaging or exterior grounds. Inside they concreted a section because of a new water meter that was installed. Once again, their concrete work was super smooth and simply perfect. I could go on and on but every component to upgrading the waterline and sewage line was perfect from beginning to end. I highly recommend Aquamaster for any services they offer. Exceptional service

    Cleared pipes

    Basement was flooding, new to the house and knew very little of plumbing setup. A few hours later problem fixed! Fedor is very friendly and honest. He walked me through the cause, the fix, and things to watch out for in the future and how to recognize problems before something big happens, and things I can do to prevent trouble in the future as well.

    Waterproofing Foundations

    We have nothing but accolades for the service provided by the staff of Aquamaster. We especially want to thank Andrew Lemisherskyi and Yaroslav Bezruchak for their professionalism in maintaining the safety and cleanliness of the site and the quality of their work. We were equally impressed by their diligence and excellent customer service. They addressed any questions and left us feeling relieved knowing that they provided top quality workmanship and service. We also appreciated the oversight and daily appearance by Fidor, the site supervisor. We highly recommend Aquamaster to anyone wanting to feel secure knowing that the major job of waterproofing your foundations will be done masterfully.

    Basement lolwaterproofing

    Water was seeping into the basement. Calling Aquamaster was the best thing I did. Fedor gave me a written estimate explaining the procedure in great detail. Fedor and his crew did an amazing job. So efficient and professional. Clean workmanship!! I highly recommend this company. Thanks guys. !! Also, love that the Warranty is transferable.

    Lead water line replacement.

    Great work from this company. Can barely tell they were ever here. Replaced lawn to near perfect after digging big hole in the front yard. Showed up on time, cleaned up everything. Nice job guys. Highly recommend. Lets see if the city does as good a job as these guys when the come to complete the city side portion of the work.
