    Basement waterproofing, sump pump installation

    Fedor and the team from Aquamaster have been excellent. We have used them for a few jobs including basement waterproofing and find them to be fair, honest and trustworthy. They are prompt to respond to any inquiries or issues and stand behind their work. I recommend them to anyone.

    replaced water pipe from city water box to house

    The consultant who arrived and gave an estimate was friendly and polite and provided a very reasonable estimate for the work to be done. The work was provided in a very timely manner and the workers were polite and efficient and even found a better way to solve the problem of my small basement. I had a subsequent problem with a kitchen faucet, blocked by the dirty water and the representative came to my house and solved the problem, no charge.

    Laundry, washer and dreier

    My husband and I decided to renovate our laundry room. We wanted to make a switch to stackable washer and dryer to gain more space in the room. To accomplish this we had to rearrange some plumbing. Eugene and Stephen where sent to us. Those guys did an amazing job on the plumbing and also on the installation of the new washer and dryer. We are very happy with the service. Thank you.

    Dig out window wells

    The last rain of August 2015 demonstrated that our two basement window wells needed to be refreshed. We had mud and water oozing in between the window frames and the surrounding cement. Did a search for someone to fix the problem. Two names showed up most frequently. The first returned a call from salesman's car. He gave me a verbal quote and directed me to their website for more detail. The second was Aquamaster. The call-back came again from salesman's car but he could come visit within 30 minutes. He did. After reviewing the external evidence he gave me a tutorial on the nature of window wells, the work that would have to be done (and why) and then sat down and wrote out a quotation. A 10% discount was included for seniors. I asked when the work could be done. He said they could start the next day and with one team two wells would take two days. If he could get a pair of teams, it could all be done in one day. I signed up. Next morning at 9:00 am, on the dot, a van pulled up and 4 men climbed out. Two teams. They each introduced themselves, politely asked where the washroom was, if they needed one, and then commenced. They left at 6:15 pm, job done and area cleaned up. Except for the new shiny window wells, one would not know they had been there. Was I impressed? Darn Right.

    Kitchen sink/washing machine

    Needed to replace kitchen sink and connect washing machine. Guys from aquamaster did very good job. They were fast, professional and cleaned after finishing the job. I recommend them for any plumbing projects in your house

    Waterproofing and plumbing

    I recently renovated my basement. Due to issues with humidity I had the basement internally waterproofed. I also had a sewage leak and the plumbing in the bathroom needed to be redone. I contacted Fedor of Aquamaster who is fantastic. He is personable, thoughtful, honest, reliable and very knowledgeable. His workers did a fantastic job in installing the waterproofing and all of the plumbing. They not only did an excellent job but were also very efficient, hardworking and the basement was spotless after their departure.

    Basement Flooding

    We bought our house two years ago and after an extreme winter and rainy spring we found water leaking into our basement. We reviewed estimates from several companies and went with Aquamaster. They explained the issues and necessary repairs as well as answered all of our questions. We were very happy with the quality of work and professionalism. We are very happy with the service and highly recommend Aquamaster for any plumbing work.

    Basement crack (in foundation)

    We hired Aquamaster to fix a leak in our basement that was caused by a crack in the foundation wall. Crew of two very hard working professionals Slava and Andrew, managed to do it in one day ! They were very organized, protected both properties by doing a very careful job (crack was on the side wall between two houses). Clean up was amazing. I will definitely recommend them to everyone.     Foundation crack repair

    We bought our house last year and after heavy rain this spring we found out that water gets into our basement. We got estimates from a lot of companies but we likes Aquamaster the best. They explained everything so well and answered all of out questions. The work was done perfectly. We are very happy and already thinking of hiring Aquamaster for plumbing work in our house. Thank

    Internal Waterproofing / Sum Pump Installation

    I had small room in my basement that was having water issues. Fedor was one of three companies that I had come out and quote the job. He was punctual and informative, his crew did great work, left the site clean and his price was very competitive. He even helped fill out all the forms to receive money back from the government for the sump pump he installed. I would not hesitate to use aquamaster again or recommend them. Great overall experience. Side note: it's been 1 full month with tons or rain and the room is bone dry. Couldn't be happier.
