    Waterproofing

    Found Aquamaster on Homestars when we had basement flooding problems. We needed to repair our weeping tiles and install a sump pump. Aquamaster was first company I contacted on a Sunday evening and Fedor replied back. We ended up getting about 6 more quotes over 3 months but went back to Fedor, he was very thorough in his quote. Not only was price reasonable, but work done was exceptional and hassle free. His people came on time, worked hard, brought necessary machines/trucks and got it done. It was a big job, but we felt comfortable with Aquamaster and that we were being taken care of. Fedor made honest recommendations that were good. Also he answers his phone, which I believe is important when you have work done at your house. Thank you Fedor for job well-done. We have peace of mind for now. Highly recommend.

    Basement plumbing, floor, waterproofing, backwater and pump

    Great experience as in other reviews. We found Fedor helpful, accurate and reliable. All aspects of the job were exceptional. I would highly recommend the work from this company...and have!

    Sump Pump and Back Water Valve

    Fedor gave great service. Prompt and reasonable quote. Work done as scheduled by team. Fedor arranged permit and City inspection and helped with paperwork for City subsidy. Received my subsidy without any issues 3 months after submission. Would go with them again if I need any future plumbing work done. Thanks again to Fedor and his great team!

    Basement Leak

    We were in the middle of a major renovation in our commercial unit and a basement leak, after a torrential rain, had put our contractor's progress to a halt. I called Aquamaster, Fedor showed up in a short time and got his team water proofing the wall within an hour. They were done in a few hours, neatly and professionally done and within our budget. I highly recommend them.

    Over-flowing Drain

    I had a major problem in my basement with sewage flowing out of the drain. I found Fedor of Aquamaster through HomeStars and decided to use his services to solve my problem. He returned my call promptly and arrived even sooner than promised (it was a Saturday morning). Fedor was very professional and informed me in advance of my options / charges. He resolved my issue quickly and also advised me on future prevention of similar issues (grease build up in the pipe). The price was reasonable for the work done and I would gladly recommend Aquamaster. Thank you Fedor and everybody else at Aquamaster!

    Clogged drain pipe replacement

    Fedor and the crew are extremely professional; they know what they are doing and showed great respect for us as customers. Always arrived on time as promised and the estimated cost was reliable, no surprises. When they finish the work everything is clean. Will call them again for sure and recommend to my friends for any kind of drain problem or project. Please keep up such a good work. We appreciate it !!!

    Weeping TIle System, Sump Pump and Back Flow Valve

    We went with Aquamaster Drain & Plumbing, because the price was reasonable and they were able to start pretty quickly. Fedor helped fill out all the paperwork required for the sump pump and back flow valve for the City and was very helpful with any concerns we had.

    Drain snaking

    Had a big and NASTY issue in the basement. The floor drain had clogged and the sewer had started flooding the basement. Fedor was very professional, he came on time and fixed the issue promptly. The amount charged was as previously quoted. He also gave valuable advice to prevent future problems. Thank you Fedor, will call you again for future projects.

    Main Sewage Line Replacement

    We had a main sewage line backup a month or so ago. The backwater valve and sump pump that Aquamaster installed over the spring worked perfectly as Fedor said it would. No water or sewage damage to our basement at all. It was a newly renovated basement, imagine the damage that it could have caused. Fedor and his crew went out of their way to arrange to come and install a new sewage line. Aqumaster got us up and going within a few days. Great job done once again. Fedor thank you once again.     Exterior Waterproofing

    Aquamaster deserves a 10+++ for the work they completed on waterproofing the exterior of our home. After our basement flooded, we found Aquamaster on Homestars.ca, and were pleased with how prompt Fedor was to answer our call and come out to our home for an inspection and provide an estimate. Fedor is very knowledgeable about his work and is upfront and honest. He thoroughly examined our home, explained what work needed to be done and provided several options that would meet our budget and solve the issue. We felt very comfortable proceeding with Aquamaster after meeting and discussing our options with Fedor. When it came time for the work to be done, Ivan and his crew did an amazing job!! We ran into an issue with our neighbour not wanting us to put any dirt on his yard (even though Aquamaster was going to take precautions to protect their grass). So instead, they spent additional time, putting the dirt where it would not cross the property line. In addition, one of the walls they were working on had a gas line on it and were not able to use a mini excavator to dig 8 ft down so instead, they did the whole job manually!! We were told this may add an additional day or two but in fact, they finished on time :) Ivan and his team did a superb job with the waterproofing and the clean-up. They even went as far as putting the interlocking brick on our patio back in place. We are very pleased with Aquamaster and the work they completed on our home. We highly recommend them to any homeowner! Thanks again Fedor, Ivan and the Aquamaster team!!
