    Clogged Drain

    Im very pleased with the service. Juriy completed the job in a timely manner and left the sink clean after he was done. Came very quick after I called and explained to me what was the issue. Reasonably priced.

    Clogged kitchen sink

    I called Aquamaster Drain, Plumbing & Waterproofing , the technician came the next day, he managed to unclog the sink fast and professional. Thank you guys.

    We did waterproofing around the house

    Front Walkway

    Fedor & team installed a walkway that cracked within 3 months, they redid it and then that started breaking away, even where it wasn't walked on. They promised to fix it, promised a concrete test, but nothing. It has been months, and now we are just ignored. I have proof of the promises in text msgs, proof of a guarantee. Also the original concrete is in patch like colours, and still have to have our walkway fixed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! UPDATE; Fedor called my husband towards end of 2022 and offered to make our walkway right, but couldnt do any work at that time because of winter, but said he would be out to fix in spring. My husband said that would be ok and we would take down our review then. BUT Fedor wanted us to remove the review prior, which I would not do! So when we didnt hear from him my husband reached out again and Fedor said since we didnt remove the review prior to him fixing it, it was hard for him to think of a resolution now. My husband attempted to contact him a couple of other times but Fedor never responded, and our walkway is still crumpling. So disappointed! All that money and our walkway is a mess. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!

    Hi Brenda, I'm surprised to see this review. your concrete walkway cracked because your downspout was not extended and was dumping all the water under the new walkway, which was poured in November. in winter time this water froze, expanded and made the concrete crack. We don't provide any warranties on concrete cracks and this is outlined in our agreement. However, we redid portion of the cracked walkway FREE OF CHARGE to make you happy and avoid any bad reviews / impressions about our company. Then you called about surface flaking of the concrete in the section that was redone, I've checked with the concrete supplier and he confirmed ( ant it is documented) that mix provided was indeed a proper mix for this application . Right now cause of the surface flaking is unknown , maybe you used too much salt in the winter. I told you that concrete can be tested to see what strength it is and if it doesn't match the documented mix designs then we can talk to the supplier and look for resolution there. We didn't do anything wrong and tried to help you as much as possible. I don't think we deserve this 0 star review.

    Front concrete walkway installation

    Our concrete walkway had previously been torn up to replace our sewer line. Aquamaster did an amazing job replacing the whole walkway. They were very efficient and the end result looks great. Highly recommended.

    PAVER BACKYARD PROJECT

    We hired Aquamaster to do a interlock/paver job in my backyard. We hated what we had, due to a large tree, no grass was ever able to grow well, plus we had some ugly & dangerous patches of old concrete, our kid could not go there to play safely. This is is NOT the 1st time we use their services for plumbing, waterproofing and now paver installation. They started On Apr-26 and took about 8 days (2-3 days were raining), and they did an amazing job. The process turned harder as they were taking off the old layers of concrete, to our surprise and theirs, there were 3 old layers. They also had to remove a large dead tree trunk. Fedor, Yuri and crew were amazing, worked very hard and every day, they came so happy to this hard & tedious work. Everyday I would run to get this amazing crew some coffee and they were very grateful for that. Now I see they have started a job in a street close to my house, I am sure those neighbours will be happy as well. The results were amazing, now we are using our patio almost everyday, something that we could not do before. Thanks so much Aquamaster Team :)

    Stamped Concrete Patio

    We just had Aquamaster do a stamped concrete patio in our backyard and we truly can’t say enough good things. Fedor and his team were so pleasant to work with. They are thorough, detailed, and customer-oriented. We have had so many compliments on our patio and friends who now want the same work done at their house. Thanks again to the entire team!

    Basement Drain Work & Back Water Valve

    Fedor & his team were very professional, trustworthy and easy to work with. A tree's roots were clogging our pipes underneath our basement restraining drainage and leading to leaking in the basement. They replaced all the pipes and cleared the area efficiently and succesfully without charging too much money. They also installed a back water valve, organized the inspector visit and supported with paperwork to get a rebate. I was very satisfied with their responsiveness and great work. Highly recommend their service.

    Peace of Mind Underpinning

    We hired Aquamasters out of 5 bids received for an underpinning/waterproofing of a 120 year old row house downtown a busy street. AM was not the cheapest but Fedor seemed honest, very professional and familiar with downtown projects - and the reviews were excellent and the timing to start just about perfect. For us, this project was downright scary - so much money, and so many worries about the state of the house, which wasn’t good. Not only AM started right on time, but they took exactly the time they said they would to complete, what I thought, was a horrendous project (narrow house with street parking at the front). Both our engineer and the City inspector commanded Fedor and his team for a job extremely well executed on during the three mandatory visits. It was essentially seamless and almost worry free. There are two negatives (that are completely out weighted by the positive experience) that I’d like to note for my fellow customers if they choose AM: The first one came as a surprise expense, which in hindsight, we should have expected by lowering the floor so much but that Fedor didn’t explain in advance, which was the cost of an injector pump. It’s also a big device which made our designers have to re-design the floor plan. Other than that, the cost was the quote. At the end, we ended up having an even better layout so again, not mad about it. The second is the mess they left after work was completed. The house was unoccupied and going through other renos so I can kind of understand, but I was a bit grossed out to have to clean the mud on the toilet and the walls myself, along with the garbage left over. Note to make to ask sure they do a wipe out as I had expected they would (I had read it in another review). It’s not worth taking points out for what I reckon was a amazing job over all and because I would still rehire them in heart beat to do the same project. Good work team Aquamaster!
