As we are planning on selling our condo in a month, we decided that it would be a good idea to have it painted in an effort to freshen things up. After giving it some thought we decided that it would be a good idea to have everything done including ceilings, crown molding, baseboards, window frames, doors and walls. After doing some research, we happened upon ADR Paint Special in an ad in our local paper and decided to give them a call and see what they could do for us. Dana answered our call and we made an appointment that evening for him to come see our condo and give us a quote for the work required. After doing a walk through he listened to our needs and gave us a straight forward quote and the length of time he felt would be required to complete the job. The price was fantastic and we were extremely impressed by his professionalism and knowledgeable approach. We agreed upon a date to start the job and a few weeks later Lydia arrived exactly on time. She set out her materials and got straight to work not even stopping for a break. She was polite, warm and friendly and her work was absolutely beyond our expectations. We could not believe how quickly she completed the work at hand and how incredibly skilled she is as a painter. She had the whole 1200 square foot condo completed in three days from top to bottom. To say we are thrilled with the results is an understatement-we are ecstatic and the condo looks absolutely absolutely amazing! We simply cannot say enough good things about Lydia and we will be recommending her and Dana to anyone who is looking for top quality, professional painters=they are quite simply the best!
