    Windows

    Absolutely the worst customer service. DO NOT use Westeck. If and when there is an issue with the order they will stone wall you and claim they are willing to make a resolution and then just stop contacting you. They're also wise to how often they get complaints and only allow half the order to be paid by visa (I'm assuming they have a LOT of chargebacks). If you do save any money on the product it will be heavily negated by the fact that they won't replace defective or incorrect order items even if it is their fault. You'll be left with barely functioning or incorrect windows/doors. Not worth the aggravation.

    Home renovation

    Ordered 12 windows for our renovations. We ordered the windows only to have one delivered without the frame and another were the screw was stripped. We contacted Westeck only to find out the rep we bought from no longer worked there. The new rep blamed us for not looking over the order, though our original order says all windows need frames. Rep said we would have to pay for the frame and new window when it was their fault. We continued to be on contact with the rep, and he stopped contacting us (he was rude). We left several messages to speak to the manager, no contact has been made. What company doesn't contact customers when they are unhappy, and blames customers? Sorry rep, I know you want your commission but you certainly do outfit deserve it.

    New Home

    Had new doors and windows installed . Stefan was wonderful, very helpful and knowledgable and he addressed all our concerns. He assisted us from beginning to end. Would recommend Stefan and his team!

    Windows and Doors

    We had Westeck Windows and Doors installed on 2 occasions. We were very happy with the finished product once we received all the correct products. We had a delay with some doors arriving and some windows were the incorrect ones and we had to wait for replacements. Also a few windows had flaws in them, Westeck replaced them at no cost but it took a long time to receive them, I would recommend the product but you will need to keep on top of them to have all the work done.

    Windows

    We had our Windows installed in early 2013 all went well. After the installation I did some quality checks on the windows and noted that the rubber seal on the inside of the windows had what looked like puncture holes in them. I also noticed that some windows had some dirt, spots between the glass. So I called Westeck and they told me they would get back to me. Weeks later I called again and nobody returned my calls. I went to the office in Chilliwack and spoke to the receptionist at the front counter who told me she had passed the message. Again I asked for someone to stop in and have a look at my complaint. About one week later a service technician came over to my house and looked at my windows. When asked about the puncture holes in the rubber seal he told me that the needle used must have been dull when the windows were manufactured. They told me the windows are fine and the gas would not leak. When asked about the dirt between the windows I was told that only one window would be replaced, as the other windows did not meet the warranty specifications for dirt visible at 3 meters. Had I known how bad this product was going to be, I would have inspected each glass before installation. So now I was told they would order me a new glass and install it. After almost one year of waiting they still have not installed it. Wow what a surprise… So at the beginning of this year I went back to Westeck and ordered a French door (what was I thinking) At the time I ordered the French door I told the sales person about my problem and he told me it would be looked after. After getting my French door installed I waited one more week to see if they would contact me about my warranty issue but they did not. I decided to go to the office in Chilliwack and speak to someone. I walked to the front counter and spoke to the receptionist who told me to leave my name and number again. I told her why should I, they never call back and I went on explaining my previous issue. At the same time a manager walked past and I told him the issue and again he told me they would take care of me and have someone contact me. Well guess what, it has been one week and nobody contacted me again. I have officially given up on this company and have told my daughter not to purchases any windows from this company. They are full of promises and no actions. The leadership in this organization is clearly lacking and does not have a grip on its employees.

    Windows

    Once again the people at Westeck have come through. A rush order needed to be filled and if not filled in the tight timeline we had to deal with a client would not receive their modular camp buildings on time. Thanks again Westeck! You continue to impress us with your dialogue and your great service. Chuck Morris

    Replace window latch

    Phoned and asked about replacing window latches on Westeck windows. Asked for pictures. Sent replacements to Nanaimo whcih I picked up. No charge. Terrific people to deal with for sure.

    New Windows, skylights and front door

    Paul and I are very pleased with the service we received from all of the staff at Westeck. From our first visit to the showroom to the final delivery everything was just as it was quoted and promised. The quote was very competitive, the staff were very knowledgeable and delivery timelines were exactly as promised. We would highly recommend Westeck Windows and Doors.

    New doors

    Stephan Kuipers was wonderful to work with. Very knowledgeable and helpful and always friendly and personable. Although he was busy with various other, much larger projects, I was never made to feel that my small project was any less important. During the ups and downs of the building process my dealings with him have by far been the bright spot. As far as the doors are concerned, the superior quality and craftsmanship is evident and I am very happy with them

    Windows and doors for a new house

    Order in Nov 2013 with delivery in Jan 2014. First shipment 3 weeks late and after 100% payment arrived with missing windows and doors. On March 11 items are not delivered. A $21000 patio door defective and not closing. Service technician can't fix. Do not trust this company and never pay 100% up front.
