    Moving to a new house

    Not the cheapest out there, but well worth the money for 8 hours of non-stop work with 3 proffesionals. Good guys, would easily recommend to others and use them again.

    Move 1 bdrm from Mississauga to Toronto

    From the start, I was pleased with the professional reply and detailed documentation of terms sent by Brendon and Paul, as well as their follow-up phone calls and emails. I chose Road Runners based on reviews on Homestars, and after requesting quotes and comparing with 8 other firms. On move day, Aug 29, Victor and Udell arrived early and loaded the truck quickly, taking care to wrap items needing protection, like table tops and 2 large mirrors. The contents had been gathered in our garage, so this also helped keep it simple. At the destination, there was construction on the road and a very limited space to pull in behind the apartment building to park and unload, but Udell and Victor made it look easy. The apt was in a low-rise walk up, 2nd floor, so with their agreement, we offered to assist by carrying up some of the boxes. In this way we kept to our budget and timing. The team was very pleasant, hard-working, and experienced. Road Runner's professional service helped ease any stress associated with moving our daughter into her first apartment! I'd definitely recommend them in a heartbeat. Thank you Brendon, Paul, Victor and Udell for a job well done.

    Moving 1bd Apartment

    Moving

    We did have a few problems with the mover. We did voice our concerns to the company. We had a few issues with the three guys who moved us. They were all time sensitive issues that i need not get into. After a few calls and emails to the company it was rectified by fair reduction on the price of the move. I spoke with Paul And Brandon and they understood our issues and concerns and therefore gave us a refund back on part of the moving cost. My only concern is that they need to improve on there customer service to make the experience 100% rewarding for the customer and the company. Gary and i feel they stepped up to the plate and took our issues and concerns seriously and rectified the situation . We are happy over all now with the out come. Gary and i would like to thank Paul And Brandon for following though and looking after our concerns. Dave and Gary Orangeville

    Moving Furniture

    I had used Road Runners in April 2011 to help with my move from a condo in Toronto to a home in Ajax. They were fantastic (see my other review!). I decided to give them a call this month to help with another ‘moving project’. I had ordered a new treadmill from Costco and was advised the treadmill delivery service was only good to the front door. Given the weight of the product (350lbs) and the size, I needed help to move it into the house and into the basement. I called Road Runners to see if they could help and they were quick to respond and were happy to help. The two guys that came (within minutes of calling their office) were friendly, easy-going, and were very fast! The moved the monstrous treadmill with ease into the basement without any hiccups. Once again Road Runners has delivered amazing service and I will use them again in the future. I highly recommend you give these guys a call. You wont find any better moving service out there!

    Moving for the first time.

    This was the first time my family & I moved from out home and was very scared to use movers because of all the horror stories we heard. We moved on July 31 2011 and we had Victor, Ken & Ali. These guys were so nice and friendly and was very careful with all of things in the house. They were also very helpful when asked to do something extra and when we got to the new house they took care of our floors and lined it with carpet and rugs. We bought lunch for them and they were very happy with that extra touch. If we ever have to move again I would not think twice about using road runners again. Thank for for a smooth and stress-free move.

    Move from my Mom's aprtment to her retirement residence and on to my condo

    Brad & Ali showed up early and Brendon checked in at the start of the move to make sure everything was going well. It was. They packed everything in record time and were ready to go in an hour. We stopped to drop of a bed frame & mattress and set off for my condo. Arrival there and unloading was very swift and efficient and they were more than happy to accommodate my request to store some stuff in my locker and even helped relocate some stuff from my condo to the basement. AWESOME service and it came in under the estimate. Cant way enough good things about these guys and I will certainly use and recommend them to all.

    Moving

    I moved to my condo in October of 2010 and the 2 gentlemen from Roadrunners were awesome! They took care of my things like they were their own and were very friendly and made me feel comfortable right away as my situation was a little awkward, as I was moving out of my home after my relationship had ended. They were curtious and professional! I will definitely use Roadrunners again for my next move back to Burlington and recommend them to my friends and family! Thanks again Guys!!

    Moving out of Condo Into Townhouse

    Thank you for an awesome move. A job well done. Victor and the crew were extremely professional and took a lot of care of all my stuff. I will definitely use Road Runners again.

    Moving

    This company is highly recommended! The team came early, worked efficiently, and were nice and courteous. Brendon provided a quote and was easy to talk to over the phone. We had Courtney's team and they did the job well.
