    home move

    I have a natural distrust of movers and these guys are a breath of fresh air. They know how to handle a stressful day of moving in every way. They were courteous, polite and careful - treating our furniture and our house as though it was their own. First move we ever made without any damage. I found them efficient and very personable. They came punctually with the necessary moving supplies. They carried two large couches up 9 floors without a complaint or a whimper! Most importantly, they did what they said there were going to do. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive. Very nice group of guys. We wouldn't think of using anyone else!

    Moving Queen Bedroom Set

    I have nothing but great things to say about my move with Roadrunners. Both Brendan and Paul provided competent, professional and efficient service. First of all, they were very flexible in terms of methods of facilitating the transport of my goods--offering different methods to accommodate my needs. Second, they were able to complete a last minute move with ease. Both Brendan and Paul are very polite, and personable and take the greatest care to wrap and pack your items. Paul even went the extra mile to help rearrange furniture to best fit the furniture in the new space for my mother. I was nothing but impressed with Roadrunners and highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a move.

    Moving/Storage

    We moved from a one bedroom to storage unit and the experience was great, guys were friendly and worked fast but with care. It took a bit longer than expected but we did have more fragile furniture than most and it all was wrapped carefully to storage. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth, uncomplicated move.

    Move a one bedroom apartment

    They showed up on time and completed the job for less than what was estimated and quicker than what was originally quoted. In other words it pays to be prepared before they show up. However they were also able to pack a few large items that I had not gotten to and they took better care of my belongings than I would have. Couldn't be happier and I have already recommended them to friends of mine.

    Small Condo Move

    I recently moved and decided to go with movers this time. I was a little hesitant at first as I have heard many horror stories on moving companies, so I did some research and read reviews and couldn’t find any bad reviews about this company so I hired them. They were very professional and experienced. They confirmed my appointment a few days before, showed up on time, came with all necessary moving supplies, and wrapped all of my breakables. I live in a condo so I had to book elevators at only a certain time. We were running short on time and Paul and Harri worked extra hard to make sure we got all of my stuff out in time. When it came time for billing the price was exactly as quoted with no “extra” fees you would hear about from other companies. I would definitely use them again on my next move.

    Move

    A Great move experience. They took care of all my belongings, wrapped everything, broke nothing, and got the entire move done in a few short hours. I definitely recommend to others.

    Moving into House

    Our move was a challenging one. We were moving from a 4th floor loft with no elevator into a house. The move took longer than expected and cost more than quoted however I must say that Brendon, Paul and his team are very conscientious and professional. They took care of each piece of furniture by properly wrapping and carefully moving each one. I've used a lot of movers in the past few years and while these guys ended up costing a bit more, they were most definitely worth it... especially if you have pieces you care about. Also almost forgot, they're nice guys.

    Moving

    Great service, especially considering it was during a snow storm. They took great care of all of our belongings, everything made it to the new place and no lost or damaged items. The guys were very friendly and helpful and got the job done quickly. Thanks for making this move easy Brendan, Paul and Brandon!! I would definitely recommend Roadrunners to anyone looking for a great moving company offering competitive rates.

    Long Distance Move

    We moved on January 3rd 2011 using RoadRunners after finding them online. They answered my many questions via email and always got back to me promptly and professionally. I told them I wanted to start the move between 8 and 9 am and they showed up promptly at 9. all of our furniture pieces were wrapped very carefully and not one single thing got broken or scratched during the move. They put everything exactly where I asked them to and even helped me reassemble everything and place it where I wanted it. I was very skeptical of hiring movers due to the horror stories everyone seems to have but these guys put all these others to shame!! The only thing you need to make sure of is to let them know if you have stairs or long walks. It ended up costing me some extra because they went over their flat rate time limit but the owner was very reasonable in dealing with me and didnt charge me for the full 2 hours it went over, which definitely impressed me as most movers would attempt to make as much cash as they can from you. The mover they employed was polite and professional as well. Overall they took an experience that was stressful and made it so much easier! I will recommend them to anybody :)

    Move from Condo to House

    I was going to book another moving company I'd heard about, but I thought I would do some research online first. That's when I came across this site (Homestars)and saw that while the other company had mixed reviews, Roadrunners had 10s across the board. In fact, I was almost skeptical... it sounded too good to be true! When I requested a quote from Roadrunners, I soon found out they were indeed professional, courteous and a very well-run business. From the time I first contacted Roadrunners for a quote to the time they provided the bill, I was very pleased with the interaction I had with Brendon and Paul. I was quickly relieved with the process and these folks were very trustworthy. They threw in the wrapping materials, including a new disposable mattress wrap, wardrobe boxes (which cost $18 at the U-Haul store if you buy them) and furniture wrapping at no additional charge. They arrived 30 minutes before I had the elevator booked in order to carefully wrap my furniture thoroughly and treated everything with care. I will be moving again within the year and will definitely go with this company again! Thanks Brendon and Paul!
