Ductless a/c wall unit
Max did an excellent job installing new 12,000 BTU ductless a/c unit in my sons bedroom. As promised Max showed up on time completed on time and made sure the unit was working properly. His price was lower than other quotes and i am extremely happy that I chose Max to install the unit. I will definitley use Max for any future requirements in my home.

Gas leak, hot water tank, furnace tune up
We returned from vacation to find out that there was a small gas leak in the basement. Enbridge inspected and gave us a red tag. I shopped around and Max seemed to give a decent quote. When he got to work, I could see that he really liked what he was doing and took extra care in making sure the job was done right (and most importantly safely). I decided to replace the hot water tank at the same time since it was in the same location and we had already paid the full cost of a full unit by renting from Direct Energy. Max took care of obtaining a new unit and disposing the old one. When I saw that he did an amazing job, I called him back to tune up my 25+ year old furnace. I would highly recommend Max to anyone. He is very friendly, kind and hardworking. With him you are in good hands.

Fixed Natural Gas Leak
Our meter was red tagged by Enbridge to to a Natural Gas leak. We called on a Sunday, and received service within the hour. Max was knowledgeable and quickly found the source of our leak. The leak was capped and our gas was turned back on. I wouldn't hesitate to use Aire Max's service again.

Fireplace, Furnace, Aircon, Humidifier Inspection
I bought an 18 year old house with original builder furnace and fireplace. For peace of mind, I decided to have the furnace, and fireplace inspected. Called several Heating and cooling company which quoted me ridiculous price per unit to be inspected. I found Aire Max - who quoted reasonable price to have the units inspected since they are all located on the same house. Max is honest and did not try to up-sell me to try to replace the furnace.

Air Conditioner installation
looking for reliable contractor to replace my old air conditioner,find Aire Max heating and Cooling systems through my friend who Max installed air conditioner before for him and he was happy with his job,Call Max and he showed up on time,fare quotation and quick installation,very happy with his job .

Ductless Air Conditioning
Max was both responsive and competitive with his bid on our new A/C. The job was completed in a timely manner and he was knowledgeable and helpful in choosing our unit. Thanks for all your help, we appreciate it!

Air Conditioner Repair
I was very pleased with Aire Max services. Max was very knowledgeable, helpful and came at a reasonable price. My air conditioner went down on the weekend and I called him Sunday morning and he was there in the early afternoon. Other companies said that it would take a week or more. He checked my system, inside and out and answered all my questions -- and most importantly fixed the problem. So far my system works wonderfully!! Thanks Max. I will definitely use and recommend his services in the future. Thanks again! They don't make companies like this anymore.

Service call
we moved into a previously owned home and hadn't checked the A/C. When it finally got hot last week we wanted to turn it on and it wasn't working. Tried calling a few places and the earliest times they gave me were 24-48 hours later so I called Max and he was there within 20 minutes. Super nice guy. Tried his best to get it running but we realized that the system is totally dead and needs to be replaced. Thanks Max.

Fix A/C
Fixed our A/C the same day I called. Called Friday night and was hoping to have someone on Saturday come. Max answered the phone and came about an hour later which was amazing. It was a great experience and would recommend this company to anyone.

Air Condition repair
Our AC wasn't operating as expected. Another AC contractor had recommended replacing the 11 year old AC at a cost of $3,500. Called AIRE Max on Friday evening based on all the fantastic reviews here. Within half an hour of the call, Max had already visited our residence, identified the issue, and solved the problem. Since then the AC has been pumping cool air throughout the house. Very prompt professional service. Will definitely contact Max for future HVAC needs. Highly recommended.
