    Hot Water Tank Supply and Installation

    first the hot water tank was inspected and the verdict was to replace the unit. The new unit was chosen according to the our requirements and installed afterwards, installation process went smooth with the least amount of mess. technician was knowlegable, friendly. Job was done in a timely manner and the unit is working fine. as for the price, it was fare.

    Furnace Down Due to Ignitor Failure

    This morning, I found out that my furnace stopped working. I call a few companies but AIRE MAX is the one that answered the call and will come within a few hours. Once Max arrived, a quick assessment is done to determine the cause of the failure. Max was polite and respectful and able to replace the failure ignitor within a couple hours. I have to say I am one happy customer. Thanks Max.

    Furnace Repair

    Our furnace broke over the Christmas break and we had called a few companies before calling Aire Max. The other companies jerked us around and told us they would be able to come by at certain times but then they just didn't show up. Max showed up when he said he would and knew what was wrong as soon as he saw our furnace. He got the parts and replaced the problem all in one morning. It was super convenient and max was very reliable and knowledgable. I would recommend Aire Max to others.

    Furnace cleaning

    I called Max because my furnace was making very scary noises and it needed cleaning. Max not only did the job he came to do, but informed me of safety issues he observed in regards to my water heater as well as secured a loose gas pipe! My house is more safe now thanks to him. I'm truly glad I called Max :)

    Replace Furnace

    It was the day after Christmas and all through the house, the temperature was freezing! My furnace stopped working. Of course, I didn't figure this out until it was already late at night. I looked up some contractors on Homestars who had 24/7 written on their profiles. Max was the only one who picked up the phone. He came early the next morning as promised, assessed the problem and went to get a new blower fan. It turned out, later that there were more problems with this old furnace than the blower fan. It wasn't worth fixing everything so Max suggested a new furnace. He brought it the next day and had it working. It was so nice to have the heat working again and the new furnace was so much better and more efficient than the old one. I would recommend Max from AIRE MAX because he is reliable, arrives on time and gets the job done the right way. Plus, his fees are very reasonable. If you're trying to decide who to hire, don't hesitate to call Max. He is very knowledgeable and can advise you on the best way to solve your heating/cooling problems.

    High efficiency gas boiler and water heater

    I got 5 quotes, Max being the 5th. He quoted the exact models that everyone else quoted and when I asked his opinion he recommend an option that was less expensive that what I asked for - and he had the best prices for every option! He talked through the long term maintenance that no one else mentioned and made sense of the whole process. During installation he stayed late to ensure that I had heat and was comfortable before he left for the night. Overall...great experience!

    Repair to a boiler

    I came home last Thursday night to a cold house. The next morning my husband checked it and thought the thermocouple needed to be replaced because the pilot light wouldn't stay lit. I looked up HVAC repair on Homestars and found that AireMax had gotten great reviews so I called him at 8 a.m. and he told me he could be there at 1p.m. He arrived on time and was able to repair the thermocouple after going out to purchase the part. Max was friendly and helpful and got the boiler going in a reasonable amount of time and for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend him to others and I would call him again if necessary!

    Furnace repair

    My furnace that was repaired just one year ago started to make strange noise and, while was working, didn't produce enough heat. I needed a technician with some good reviews. That's how I found this site and this technician. I called Max on Friday evening just to get quote. He was able to visit my house within one hour and diagnose the problem very quickly. Since the repair didn't require any spare parts, Max was able to fix the problem right away. I am impressed with such a quick and professional service.

    FURNACE INSTALLATION

    I WAS SHOPPING AROUND FOR HEATING TECHNICIAN TO INSTALL A HIGH EFFICIENCY FURNACE BEFORE THE GOVERNMENT ECOENERGY PROGRAM ENDS.I CALLED SEVERAL COMPANIES FROM FLYERS FOUND IN MY MAILBOX,BUT WAS TOLD THAT THEY WILL CALL ME LATER OR THE NEXT DAY.I ALSO CALLED "AIRE MAX" AND SPOKE TO A GENTLEMAN CALLED MAX WHO SAID HE COULD DROP BY IN 4 HOURS THE SAME DAY.HE CAME BY AND INSPECTED MY OLD FURNACE WHICH HE DETERMINED TO BE OVER 25 YEARS OLD AND HE LAUGHED SAYING THIS IS A "GAS GUZZLER".HE THEN DISCUSSED THE REQUIRED SIZE FURNACE FOR MY HOUSE AND RECOMMENEDED A "69,000 BTU GOODMAN TYPE" FURNACE WITH A 95% AFUE RATING.WE THEN TALKED ABOUT THE PRICE AND WE AGREED ON A FIGURE WHICH INCLUDED THE ENERGY AUDITOR'S INSPECTION FEE/FILTER/HUMIDIFIER/CHIMNEY LINER/PROGRAMMABLE THERMOSTAT.INSPECTION WAS DONE ON NOV.29TH.2011 AND WORK STARTED ON NOV 30TH. IT TOOK 2 DAYS TO FINISH THE JOB.ON THE LAST DAY MAX TREATED ME TO A "PIZZA DINNER".AT THE END OF THE JOB, THE OLD FURNACE AND ALL DEBRIS WERE REMOVED AND MY PLACE WAS WAS LEFT VERY CLEAN.WHENEVER MAX WANTED ACCESS TO THE INSIDE OF MY HOUSE, HE ALWAYS TOOK HIS SHOES OFF. I AM A SENIOR AND I AM VERY PARTICULAR. I WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND "AIRE MAX SERVICES" TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR GOOD JOB..THANKS MAX

    Furnace repair

    Furnace stopped working overnight. called several places on saturday morning (including some of the top rated on homestars) and they were either unavailable to come until monday or didn't even call back. came across Aire Max, and Max (owner) said he could come by sat evening at 8:00pm. He quickly identified the problem, gave a couple of options to consider and was able to order and complete the job by Monday (as supplier was unavailable on Sunday). Max performed the job quickly and effectively and also took the time to repair a few other problems he noticed with the set up of the drainage hose for the furnace and A/C (at no extra cost). Max also followed up with a phone call the day after the repair to ensure that everything was working. I felt that Max took the time to personally ensure that he has completed the job my satisfaction, which i don't think you would get from the bigger companies out there. Thanks Max!
