    AC replacement

    I called Aire Max due to old AC break down. Max was punctual both times, once for assessment and other for installation. He clearly explained the problem and options. Quotes are fairly priced. The installation process was smooth and finished ahead of schedule. Max inspected a couple times to ensure new unit is operating and cleans up afterward. I would highly recommend.

    Grateful for Air Conditioner Repair

    My air conditioner began leaking in my basement and it was an old model that originally came with the house. I was concerned about having to replace it and called around for quotes. Other companies would only come at least two days later and I was concerned about being without air conditioning in the summer heat or taking a chance and running it with the leak until someone could look at it. Max from Aire Max promptly arrived that same evening to look at it and quickly cleared a block in one of the hoses. It has been working just fine ever since. Thanks Max for a great job!

    Cost efficient, polite, quick and very professional!

    My old and noisy AC unit finally broke down during the worst heat wave of this summer. I called a few companies but I had no success, I felt hopeless. My next door neighbour kindly recommended Aire Max Heating & Cooling since they used this company last summer and were incredibly happy with their service. Max, the owner, offered a very reasonable price with next day service. The new Payne AC unit was installed in 4 hours!!! The new unit is awesome. It works quietly and cools down my house very quickly. My old unit was taken apart and carefully removed from the yard with zero damage to my flowers and garden. Max and his colleague wore face masks and kept their distance. A receipt of payment and a warranty were provided at completion. Max is knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and polite. I was so pleased with the new AC unit and service that I instantly booked Max to replace my old furnace. I am incredibly grateful to Max for his work and I highly recommend this company. Thank you for saving me, I don’t know how much longer I could have handled the summer heat, you are a hero!

    AC replaced

    My 18 yr old AC died during this current heat wave. Contacted Aire Max Monday night and he responded back right away. He gave me pricing/model and recommend the right size for my house. He did maintenance on my furnace last fall and told me with such old units it's best to replace them before they breakdown. It's not worth repairing them as they would cost too much and wouldn't be as energy efficient. I should has listen back then before this current heat wave. Took just under 3 hrs to complete and definitely will be calling him in the fall to replace my 19 yr old furnace.

    Air conditioner replacement

    Max from Airemax was able to get the unit we wanted when others could not. We were scheduled to have the installation done on the following Tuesday but there was a heat wave coming and Max was able to install our unit earlier then scheduled to avoid the discomfort of that heatwave. He was courteous and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to use him again. TC

    Furnace Repair

    Our furnace broke down 3 days ago. It wasn't working at all and I was worried we needed to replace it. I called a different company that told me the soonest they could come out would be June 25th! I called Aire Max and spoke with Max. He was here within 1 hour! He fixed the furnace by installing a new motor (i.e., not a furnace replacement), and he did all of this within 3 hours. The furnace is working perfectly now. This was great service. Thanks Max.

    A/C replacement

    Very punctual and quality work. The entire process from the quote to the work being done was effortless. Would recommend and will be looking to Aire MAX for any future HVAC work.

    Replacement of Air Conditioner

    Max is simply the best. We bought a pre-construction home a few years ago and our air conditioner stopped working in 2019. We called Max and he came the next day, said it was a simple issue that he could resolve quickly, and that there was no need to replace the whole air conditioner. His honesty, professionalism and kindness is rare nowadays in this industry, as we had bought the air conditioner from another company previously who sold us an expensive air conditioner that was only suitable for a townhouse and not a house. A few days ago, our air conditioner broke down again. Max came and advised he can fix it and it can possibly last a few months but that’s it. We trusted Max so we went with purchasing a brand new air conditioner from him. From installation and completion everything was flawless. We have a working air conditioner again and we have Max to thank for helping us out on the hottest day thus far this year. Highly recommend him, we will continue to find Max for all our air conditioning needs in the years to come. Thank you Max! You are amazing!

    Air Conditioner Installation

    We have worked with the Aire Max team on a number of occasions for both furnace and air conditioner projects and would happily work with them again in the future and recommend them to others. Last week, they installed a new AC unit for us, and did a fantastic job. They are knowledgeable, professional, friendly and punctual, and we can trust them to always offer a fair price for their work.

    A/C Repair

    Requested help late evening and Max was there first thing in the morning to help. He diagnosed the problem and provided several recommendations, and was very understanding of the repair versus replace decision chosen for the time being.
