    Furnace Short Cycle

    At 2:30 Jan. 19 the furnace began to short cycle ( burner comes on then shuts off). I had read that most likely it would be due to a dirty flame sensor. I do not like messing with furnaces and gas so called Aire Max. Max arrived at 3:40, he removed and cleaned the sensor, its running like a charm. This is the second time I have called Aire Max ( AC fan stopped working last summer), in both cases they responded promptly and rectified the problem. Great people you can count on, thanks Aire Max!

    Replaced boiler

    40 yr old boiler broke on a January night. Called airemax. Max arrived in about an hour. He inspected unit and offered quotes for repair and replace. We chose to install a new unit. We received 4 other quotes besides Airemax’s. Max’s quotes were fair and he seemed honest and straight forward. Work began the next day and was completed in about 7 hrs. Max and his helper Shaun were professional, polite and respectful. Overall a good experience. I would recommend Max to friends and family.

    Furnace

    Furnace didn’t work. Went to Homestars and saw the good reviews posted for AireMax. Pleased that the company showed up to give an estimate the same day. Explained that parts to fix our 20yr old furnace would be costly and difficult to find. Able to provide solid, cost–efficient advice on a new furnace. The new furnace was installed the next day. This is the type of professional service we were looking for.

    Furnace replacement

    I wanted to change our 15 years old furnace and I was really interested in the Carrier Infinity. I called Max and he came the same day to give me an estimate. He was on time and knowledgeable. He came back the week after and he installed the new furnace in 1 day. The work was done in a profesionnal manner and he cleaned everything before he left. He also took time to explain me the new thermostat. This new furnace is amazing : quiet and efficient!

    New Furnace Installation

    My old furnace had a motor noise and I called Aire Max for help. Max came to check it out in a couple of hours and explained clearly the option of repair vs replace. He gave me a fair price including better pipes and air filters and came to install the furnace the next morning. I am very happy with the equipment and the super fast and expert service. Max also helped me register for the warranty and applied for the rebate offered by Carrier. Max and his team made the whole process super easy and smooth for me, definitely recommend their service!!

    Furnace

    Woke up this morning with no heat. Called same Max as he was well reviewed. Max showed up and gave me a fair assessment. I decided to to have a new furnace installed rather than repair my much older unit. Max and his partner worked for the better part of six hours installing the new furnace. Great work and a great price, i would definitely recommend Max.

    New furnace installation

    Secondary heat exchanger died. Max came and gave great advice on whether to fix or replace. Later installed a new Carrier furnace for me. Came on new years day too! Thanks.

    A/C and Furnace maintenance and repair

    I have hired Aire Max several times over the last few years for both A/C and furnace servicing and repair in two homes that I own. They are always responsive, reliable, perform high quality work and are fairly priced. I highly recommend them!

    Amazing and quick service, fair pricing!

    Max is fantastic. Super knowledgeable, incredibly responsive and professional. I hired Max initially to do a quick diagnostic of my HVAC system to ensure everything looked OK (new house). He explained everything to me in great detail and charged $100 for the consult which was reasonable. I also hired Max to replace my central humidifier with a new Aprilair. He did the job efficiently and for a very reasonable price. Max is not interested in signing you up to an annual maintenance contract where you pay monthly fees for nothing - he is a straight shooter and is available when you need him, and will charge reasonable prices for his services. 10/10 would highly recommend!

    Furnace repair

    We have an older furnace that needed a new motor. Aire Max provided prompt and professional service for a fair price. We have used Aire Max in the past and will continue to hire him in the future. We highly recommend him.
