    Air conditioner fix

    Max gave awesome service. Another company told me that my ac is not repairable and would have to spend tons of $ to get a whole new one. Max came in promptly and fixed it for 500$. On time and reliable. Highly recommended.

    furnace replacement

    Max was on time and did the job he promised for the price he promised. I was advised on a brand name furnace that works for my home and why not to get a more complex model even if receiving a small, government incentive. The only detail missing is my need for a paper quote which did not happen, but the job was done as described. As he stuck to his word I assume his personal warranty will be the same. The unit I bought also comes with a manufacture's warranty. Everything was certainly better than experiences my colleagues had with other, massive firms.

    Furnace Humidifier Replacement

    Our furnace humidifier stopped working during winter. Which made our floor chip. Called Aire Max, and Max came to replace the humidifier the same day. The job was good, and price was very reasonable. Thanks Max!

    Furnace and Water Heater Tank

    I cannot let time go by without expressing how grateful I am with Aire Max. The furnace in my house stopped working on the coldest day in March. I called Max, and he was able to come the same day to diagnose the problem with the furnace. Due to the age of the furnace, I knew that it was time for a new one. This would have been the 3rd time that Max had come to my rescue in 3 different properties. I trust Max very much that I went ahead with every recommendation he made with the purchase of a new furnace. At the same time, I asked Max to install a new Water Heater Tank. I am happy with my new appliances, and with the workmanship performed in the installations.

    Hot water tank repair

    We've had several problems with our hot water tank and have called Aire Max each time. They are always prompt showing up and they always solve the issue. He doesn't jump to the solution that some immediately jump to.... Just replace it. Instead he figures out the problem and repairs it at a reasonable cost. I'd use them again for sure. Professional and courteous service.

    Furnace replacement

    Awesome service by Max!! Came home from holidays to a very cold house. I called Aire Max based on his HomeStars rating and reviews. Max came to my house that same day around 5pm and determined that I needed to replace my furnace. He came back at 7pm with a new furnace and had it fully installed by 11pm. We slept in a warm house that night. Thanks Max!!

    Emergency service and furnace repair

    On a cold Saturday afternoon in January, I returned home to find the furnace no longer working. A few panicked phone calls later, I found Max who came to look at my furnace within a couple of hours on Saturday night. Max diagnosed the issue in 30 seconds - the motor was destroyed by drywall dust from the gut and rebuild of our basement - got the furnace working for a few hours, enough to heat the house back up to 21C, and promised to return on Monday with the part to permanently fix the issue. On Monday morning he was there, efficiently replaced the motor, and charged me the price he quoted on Saturday night. Max was quick, available on a Saturday night for an emergency call, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and charged a fair price. I'd recommend his services to anyone. If you've got a furnace or HVAC issue you need fixed ASAP, call Max.

    Replacement of water heater

    Max is very prompt in his service and does what he says he will do. He has fixed my furnace on many occasions and this time he replaced my water heater. The job was well done and everything works. I feel safer after Max works on my home.

    Emergency Furnace Replacement

    I moved into my "new" (that was 40 years old) home and within the first week, I woke up to a cold home. Thermostat didn't show any power. I tried replacing the thermostat and re-wired it and it was no help. Called Aire Max, and he said he would be over around noon to check on the situation. He was able to bypass a sensor and get the furnace to start, however, later when he thought it was stable, we noticed it shut off. Turns out it overheated. I looked and Max and asked him to give me a pricing for the replacement of the furnace. We worked out a price we both were ok with, and he was able to start work on the replacement the same day. He worked from 2pm to 10pm to get the new furnace installed. I also later got him to install a tankless water heater because the old one was rusting & leaking Carbon Monoxide and also the humidifier. All in all, one of the best companies in terms of Service and honesty. Originally, I was asking for higher model furnaces & water heaters, but Max pointed out that the capital cost initially put in may not be recovered in 5-7 years time with the energy savings. I have already referred one of my friends to use Aire Max on their new home to save money from buying a bundle with the Builders that included the A/C.

    Emergency furnace replacement

    I woke up and discovered my 20 year old furnace stopped working. I decided to replace it because it was just repaired recently. Airemax was able to give me a same day schedule. Price is reasonable for a Lennox furnace. Did not need to call other furnace installer to get a better price. Airemax was also able to change the furnace filter frame to the current standard 16x25x1 filter size.
