boiler maintenance
Max removed our home's 20year+ boiler and replaced it in 2022. We texted him earlier this month asking him to come by for a maintenance check before we turn it on for Winter. As always, Max responded quickly to our text, and was out as promised two days later - on time, efficient, friendly, open to questions and not a speck of dust afterward! Yay! Thanks, Max.

Service call
I could not get my furnace working. The temperature was set to drop in the next few days and I have children. I called Sam and he came from downtown all the way to my house and fixed the problem quickly. Very satisfied

AC and furnace repair
I have used Max services for several times to fix the AC and furnaces on various properties. He always reponded quickly. He is very professional, punctual, quick identifing problems and always puts his clients interests first. He never try to hardsale anything. His pricing is also very reasonable. For some difficult repairs,he will try to come several times till it is fixed.

New Furnace and A/C
Replaced the furnace and A/C from the original build. Responded quickly, was able to give four options for estimates, and completed the work in just over day. The install is very clean and everything is working beautifully.

Excellent Furnace Install
We received many quotes to replace our 20-year-old mid-efficiency furnace with a new high-efficiency. Our house in old Toronto is 130 years old, and venting and installation were a challenge. Max was knowledgeable and knew exactly how to do the job. All the other companies sent salespeople. Max is an expert installer, and I was confident that he would manage the challenges. Max did an excellent job, the place was spotless when he left. I would 100% recommend Max to anyone for all their HVAC needs. Thanks, Max!

Furniture Repair
Max was fantastic to deal with, fair pricing, punctual and quality workmanship. Needed a furnace checked due to a fan issue. Max quickly determined the issue, ordered the part and was back in a few days to instead and test the unit. I would defiantly use them again! Thanks Max!

Air Conditioner Repair
On a hot Saturday I went to work and programmed my air conditioner to a certain cooling temperature. Upon coming back I discovered that air conditioner is ceased working and call Aire Max. He not only answered the phone but arrived in my house in an hour time and upon identifying the problem he fixed it in another half an hour (replace the starter). All this time he wasn't trying to sell me a new air conditioner (despite the fact that my is 16 yers old). Air conditioner is working fine now. Aire Max is extremely knowledgeable and professional, very reasonable financially and doesn't create 'extra' work for himself. I trust Aire Max for all my Heating and Air Conditioner needs. Highly recommended.

Reliable and Fair
Max came through once again, fair pricing, punctual and quality workmanship. Needed a furnace partially dis- assembled so our plumber could remove a failed hot water tank and install a new one, in very tight mechanical room. Max was on time and coordinated well with the plumber. Happy tenants again. Thanks Max!

Brand new A/C installation
Max is very professional . He installed for me a 2.5 ton carrier A/C, as usual he came on time to inspect my old A/C and the next day he brought and installed the new one. This is not the first time I'm asking Aire Max to do a job for me and I'm always satisfied I highly recommend Aire Max

AC and Furnace Replacement
In the midst of our most recent heatwave, Max was a saviour. Just eight hours after my initial phone call for help, I had a brand new AC installed and functional. Another 6 hours and the entire service was concluded, including a brand new furnace, humidifier and thermostat. Very professional work and very fair price. I would have no hesitation in recommending Aire Max Hearing and Cooling Inc.
