    Fireplace Repair

    We moved into our new home and were having problems with our gas wood burner. We called a Aire Max and were very happy to have courteous, reasonably priced service within hours! We learned a lot about the unit we presently have, and (with no high pressure tactics) we learned how we might upgrade some time in the future. THANK YOU, we'll call again.     Heating & Airconditioning

    We have been with a very visible Heating & Air Conditioning company for many years and when I called them recently that there was a problem with the humidifier, they informed me that they were very busy but will see what they can do. When several days later and still no remedy for the dry air in our home, I turned to Home stars and found AIRE MAX. What truly impressed me from the start was that Max answered his own phone; a good sign in my books. Nothing like dealing with the person who owns the enterprise and actually performs the work. After listening to my problem, he promised to be knocking on my door within 2 hours. And he did. In no time flat he solved the problem expertly, allowing us to sleep in comfort that night and ever since. No need to tell you, from now on, it's AIRE MAX for us.

    Furnace Maintenance & Gas Line Install for Stove

    I have had Max come out twice. The first time was to inspect the furnace after I bought the house. On time, price as quoted, and on top of that found "unusual" fittings used on the gas line by someone else - which he remedied. Nice! The second time was to install a gas line when we upgraded from an electric range to a natural gas range. Again on time and work completed as needed. Thanks Max.

    funace repair

    Found out my furnace brook on friday night, first saturday morning I'm starting to call around for help. My normal service people don't really like to come because is on weekend and out of their service area, and finally agree to come but want to charge $169 because it's on the weekend. So i start to look for other service people on Homestars. Called first few on the list, they are either not picking up or can't come. Finally tried AIRE MAX. Max himself pick up the phone. Man of few words: "Yes, I'll come by 3-4pm, just text me your address." Stupid me texted to a wrong number, if it wasn't for MAX made call back to check why there isn't any text, I would never know. He showed up 3pm at the door. Again not so much word, straight to work. He found out the starter was broken, unfortunately he does not have the spare and all parts store closed. He told me he'll come back on monday. I told him I have to work, won't be back til late, "no problem, I can come even after 8 or 9 pm." "Ok, How much I owe you." I asked. "$90 for my service call and plus parts, pay me when I come back." Today I told him I'll be home at 5pm, he was there at 5pm. Spend less then 20 minutes my furnace came back to life. when I ask him how much he only charged one service call plus parts. what can I say? "Wow! Max is my go to guy! And should be yours too, if you ever need help with your furnace or AC or Fireplace!" Thanks Max for your timely help.

    Boiler check CO test

    Max is very knowledgeable and reliable. We appreciate the additional information you gave us on the possible issues with our boiler and how best to maintain it. Thanks Max for another great service!

    Overhead Heater

    Called Max on a Thursday and told me he would be out by 11.00am the next day. Max arrived at our shop at 11.00am on Friday right on time and got our shop heater working within 40 minutes.     Gas Fireplace Repair

    Called Max on October 22nd and he arranged an appointment for the next day at 11:00 AM. He arrived on time and fixed the problem. It seems the sensor (?) was dirty and had to be cleaned. He also installed a metal shield to protect the pilot flame from excessive air movement. He was very professional, courteous and answered all the questions I asked him, particularly why do these fireplaces still function during a power outage. His pricing was very reasonable compared to other companies I checked. I would certainly recommend him

    Gas Furnace

    My baby was born in August and at the end of September, it started to get colder. I turned on the furnace but it didnt work. I needed a solution fast. I checked on Homestars and called a few companies. Max was the first to return my call. Within 90 minutes he was standing in front of my furnace. It was in bad shape and "not worth repairing". Well it was 24 years old and rusted but I was worried about the exorbitant cost of a new furnace. Max gave me a great quote for a new furnace vs. a repair job. He came the next day and installed it without any hassles. There was a leak from one of our AC pipes that caused the furnace to rust -- Max found it and fixed that too, even installed a new drain hose for free. My house is now warm and I hope to enjoy my new furnace for years to come. Thanks Max!

    AC split system replacement

    My AC failed on the hottest day of the year (Aug.2014). Max came by after hours (around 8pm) to diagnose an older AC split system I had and eventually determined that it would be more valuable to replace the unit. We was there with another staff member the next day and spent all day installing the new AC, which has been working well since. He was professional and communicated well by mobile phone and text messages.

    Installed BBQ Gas Line

    We called Aire Max to get our BBQ gas line installed at our new house so we could BBQ right away. He came within 2 days and installed the line quickly and professionally. We would recommend Aire Max to everyone and would use them again
