Legacy painted a 4-plex for us. The stucco type was discontinued (rock) and they were able to do a great job matching it over the repaired areas. We had many needed repairs and they did a marvellous job making the place look new again. The home was built in 1981 and was looking pretty rough. We appreciate the honest, hard work. The place was completed quickly, the work was high-quality, and it was done for a competitive price.

We have a 25 year old home that had 5 second floor windows trimmed in wood. As I aged I no longer had the ability to get up there and paint them myself, so I did hire someone once, but it was almost needed to be redone annually due to sun and snow and the detail of the original wood trim. I found this company online, and they were fabulous. I fully intend to hire them again to do the lower floor as soon as the cash flow allows.

Very reasonably priced. They came out a couple of days after I contacted them. Did the repair job I required and double checked to see if I needed more, which I did and they repaired them without charging extra.

We are totally satisfied and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Richard and Legacy Exteriors. No payment until we were satisfied. They did a great job repairing the stucco and painting it. The crew was prompt, efficient and cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. A very quick turnaround. Legacy and Richard went the extra mile by fixing up some areas that was not in the original contract since they thought would make the job complete. To our surprise the cost of the contract remained as agreed upon. There was a minor concern that was dealt with immediately. Great customer service.

Exceptional work repairing stucco, cladding and painting house. Work was done professionally, exterior looks better than new.

We had several repairs needed to be done to our stucco as well as wanting to replace windows and to paint the exterior of our home. We heard about Richard with Legacy Exteriors from a coworker and we are very glad we decided to go with him. He scheduled our stucco repairs immediately and referred us to a great window company (Royal View Windows & Exteriors) as those needed to be dealt with prior to painting. His stucco repair crew (Sheri and Blaro) were fantastic! There ended up being some big issues that they repaired, and they went the extra mile by touching up some minor areas that I'd not spotted myself. Before the windows were installed Amilcar came out to put cladding on our garage and front doors. This was a very professional job and we are quite pleased with the results. He came back to work on a couple more doors because we were so pleased with his earlier work. Alberto and his crew came out to power wash the house prior to the windows being installed so they'd be able to start painting as soon as the install was completed. The day before the install they came out with 5 of our favorite samples for the house and painted areas on a couple walls so we could have a better idea of what we wanted. They arrived on time for the scheduled paint day and the preparation and painting went really smoothly. The quality of their work is very high! We are really impressed with how much better our house looks! We would recommend Legacy Exteriors to anyone!

Legacy Exteriors did an outstanding job on our house. After researching companies on the web and looking at online reviews, I contacted Legacy. From the outset Richard was very honest about the work that needed to be done and made excellent recommendations including stucco repairs, repainting, cladding and replacement of exterior light fixtures to make our house look like new. The quality of the repair work, repainting, customer service and attention to detail was excellent and the entire project was exceptional. Jose and his paint crew were meticulous in their prep work, helpful in finalizing colour options, and did an outstanding job. When the painters left every piece of furniture was put back and not even so much as a single scrap of paper, chunk of stucco or any garbage was left behind. Their quality of this companys work was amazing, on budget, and the project was completed much quicker than we anticipated. We are so impressed and the house looks fantastic! Legacy Exteriors far exceeded our expectations, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

Legacy provided custom cladding to replace existing garage cladding at our home. Amilcar did a beautiful job on the custom metal cladding and weather-stripping, his work is meticulous. We are very happy with the result.

Richard, our home looks amazing, just like you said it would. Amilcar did a great job with the cladding of all our windows. He is a perfectionist and made sure he did a perfect job on every window (29 in total).
