Reply created 25 Feb 2016Bad experiences are unfortunate. You've had one and to be fair and not mislead people the total cost to you was $0. As multiple issues accumulated it was your belief that our tech should have forecasted these in advance. You exchanged emails with us using very slanderous terms to hilite your displeasure. As stated we collect no money from you as a way to appease you. Months later you booked an appointment online with us (the horrible company). Because we had noted all this on your file we politely refreshed your memory and elected to refuse service. Your response was to reply with more slanderous insults and then post this review. We will remain professional and upstanding to leave it at that.
