Discovered water leaking from dishwasher. Called Terry based on previous excellent service on other appliances. He diagnosed the issue and ordered a new sump pump assembly (which is an expensive part). When he returned the next day to uninstall the existing pump, he discovered that the issue was actually just a pump clamp that was improperly fastened during manufacturing. He explained that the new pump (which he had with him) wasn't required and installed just a new clamp. Total cost was a fraction of what I was prepared for. He could have installed the new pump and I would never had known the truth. Not only is Terry an expert repair technician, he is also extremely honest. I highly recommend him.

Had an issue with our Samsung washer that was intermittent. Washer was not draining properly. Terry came within an hour of our first call but then we could not cause the issue to reappear so Terry left. Within 2 hours the problem reoccurred so we called back. Terry came back again within an hour, diagnosed the issue to be the drain pump, had one in his truck and replaced the pump in record time. Charge for the pump was very reasonable! Also find Terry to be a very friendly and competent friend. We will call him again when we need appliance help!

my dryer had quit functioning during the Covid pandemic... just when I am doing more laundry to help keep things clean. The service I received both from the office and service man was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Thank you

After 2 and half years our washer failed. Based on web reviews, we choose this company. Terry called promptly and was at our home within two days. He was able to determine the failed part. ordered a replacement, and we were up and running quickly. Terry's quoted price did not change, and his service was frankly the best I have seen to date. Rec'd call back in about 15 minutes. The app was scheduled for between 1-3 pm and Luis arrived shortly after 1pm. I wasn't able to remove the plate at the bottom of the fridge to clean under the fridge and Luis removed which was greatly appreciated.

Very quick response to my service request. Note I made the request in the evening and Terry called me within 30 mins of making request on homestars. Terry also arrived next morning on time and replaced part within 20 mins. Very happy with service and would recommend

My dishwasher was making lots of loud noises plus it was shutting off mid cycle and just starting when it wanted. I knew it was the motor but wanted an estimate for repair on my Kitchen Aid dishwasher that was 8 years old. The unit needed a new wash motor that would have cost almost $600. We opted to just buy another dishwasher. Service was on time (they actually fit me in on a busy day), and friendly. In the future, I will be calling them for all my appliance issues.

Louis found the problem was just a stripped control knob - he gave me the part # so I can get it myself, and there was no charge! This kind of stuff is unheard of anymore, car dealerships big money just to look, never mind do anything. I'll be a customer for life now.
