    All the house

    It was great! I smelled fresh air in the house it felt like a miracle. There was so much dust in the house since we moved in, and now it's all gone. It felt brand new. I really appreciate the service.

    Duct Cleaning

    Company's communication was great from office staff, sales and technicians. Technicians arrived on time, were pleasant to deal with, did an excellent job with the duct cleaning and on clean up. Job went like clockwork. The only thing is the up sell of other services. Not overly pushy but was evident. I get it, just promoting their business's services.

    Air duct cleaning, Hvac,Furnace and dryer vent

    Clean Air was wonderful. Martin and his work mate were very respectful of my home and did a great job. They explained what was involved and I am happy with their work. I will use this company again. Cheryl W

    Dryer duct replacement

    Arrived on time, completed the work same day, cleaned up, cost was very aligned with estimate, proposed different options when one way might not work, very knowledgeable, friendly, easy to work with. Excellent customer service all around. We had a blockage in our dryer vent and the old, flexible plastic tube needed to be replaced from the wall to the outside vent. The technicians replaced the tube and vent cover and checked to make sure everything was working. Minimal impact on the rest of the home. Took one afternoon. We are confident this will be a lasting solution. Got pics of inside the walls to see the work. Would recommend!

    Clean Air Ducts & Vents
    Paid less than the usual $399 plus tax because my house is small with less vents. Excellent cleaning method by blowing out vents from the upstairs going downwards to the furnace area (instead of inserting scratchy brushes in vents), then they connect their high succion vacuum in their truck. No mess left behind!

    Office Duct Cleaning

    I highly recommend Clean1Air for your duct cleaning. We used Clean1Air to clean our office ducts. Pricing was right in line with other duct cleaning companies. They were efficient, polite, very thorough and cleaned up any messes. I would definitely use them again.

    Best carpet cleaning ever.

    The technician came on time and did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets. He was very friendly and answered any questions we had. We would definitely use 1 Clean Air again.

    Air duct cleaning

    Received very poor service with this company. Their company truck showed up with a logo on their truck. I had no idea if they were 1CleanAir. The two guys did not have booties, but walked around OUTSIDE and INSIDE MY HOME with their socks on leaving sweaty, and dirty footprints on my hardwood floor. I then noticed they had "Enviro" logo on their shirt and they told they were subcontracted by 1CleanAir as 1Clean Air was busy. The vacuum equipment they used was very dirty and worn. Furthermore the equipment was also leaving an exhaust smell inside my home. I was exchanging duct dust for exhaust smell. I called their office several times to let them know. They told me a manager would call me and no one ever did. In the end, they did not finish the job, as their management told them to leave. They knew the service being provided was substandard. While this may have been a one off, no one from 1Clean Air management team ever called me. I would have given them the benefit of doubht.
