I was quite pleased with the landscaping job, and the job was completed on time. I would definitely reccomend their services.
Burloak Landscape was a family member's referral to us. Overall, we were delighted with the process from beginning to end. It was easy enough to work with the salesperson to have our ideas come to life. The team that did the work arrived on time and showed great compassion toward the little critters unknown to us were living in our backyard, in having them gently removed by animal services. In addition to that, the after services was as positive, as it was during installation. Louay and his team did great work, and I highly recommend Burloak Landscaping.
Contracted to put in patio and pool, they sub contracted the pool work, since they knew nothing about pools and admitted such,.one corner of the pool protrudes above land because on digging they ran into an obstruction , rather than remove they moved the location of the pool hence the exposed corner. Constant issues with the quality of the work, whatever made it easier for them they went with.A big issue is we were putting a hot tub on the patio they installed , they assurred us that they would put enough gravel so the base would remain level which it did not! We have complained within the 2 year warranty period but the refuse to correct it now we are left with court options since we have been quoted 5 K to correct the issue and pour a proper base. Do not use this company !
Hello. Thank you for the feedback. I am sorry you had a bad experience with our company. To clarify, every decision we made on your project was completed with your approval. When we found an obstruction, we informed you of your options. We would have to charge you to remove it, or we can just change the layout of the pool at no extra cost. I am sorry you feel let down, but please understand these decisions are made with your input and within the confines of our mutual contract. Our apologies.
Burloak did a great job in our driveway and front porch. They were easy to deal with, resolved issues along the way and clearly wanted us to be happy with the final product. Would recommend for landscaping projects.

It was time to give the front of our home a facelift and the team from Burloak Landscaping proved they were the right choice for us. Our project evolved around a retaining wall and front steps replacement as well as driveway widening. From our initial design conversations with Mark to project management with Louay and the day to day operations of the team led by Toni, our vision came to life. Louay and Mark were very accommodating with recommendations and fitting in our modifications as there were a few adjustments and additions made as the project went along. Toni and team worked tirelessly, fast, and paid attention to details they always left the site nice and clean at the end of the day. The Team was also able to pull in an experienced crew to asphalt and finish off our new driveway. We called Burloak to redo our yard and very happy we did. Laid all new patio pavers and coping around our pool and adjusted stone steps. Can't believe the difference! Everyone we dealt with at Burloak was professional and courteous. They really care about their work and made sure we were happy with everything. Burloak Landscaping worked alongside our pool contractor to completely rejuvenate our oasis. Burloak removed old pavers, plants and trees, it was a massive task that they completed in an efficient and timely manner. Burloak laid over 2500sqft of pavers and completely updated and transformed our backyard. Were very happy with their work and would recommend them. Thanks to Louay and Mark!
