New front walkway and planter borders
Lou'ay and his team did a great job. We took several bids to replace our front walk and although Burl-Oak was not the least expensive, they were the most forthright in explaining exactly the methods and materials used, the timing, and the potential risks using other methods. We appreciated their attention to detail the team showed while completing the work, and the flexibility Lou'ay showed in quoting different aspects of our job separately. Happy to recommend them!

interlock stone
It has been over a year but quality of the job is still holding up! I was and am completely satisfied with all the work and efforts these men showed while doing my interlock stone. I would recommend Burl-Oak Landscaping to anyone!

Patio
Ziad and Lou'ay provided excellent information to any inquires, accurate timelines, great work, and timely follow-up. During the entire process we were kept in the loop the entire time and quickly put together an excellent backyard patio. Would recommend to anyone on the area, the team is outstanding.

Replacement of Front Walk with Banas Stone
With much to do around our house, I feel fortunate to have contacted Burl-Oak Landscaping. Lou'ay has helped us to develop a long term plan for projects that include a new front walk and steps, back deck, driveway and lighting. The front walk was completed in two days and is a handsome addition to the yard. The crew was efficient, friendly and helpful in answering questions that I had about the process and materials used. We look forward to working with Burl-Oak again. After replacing the walk, we really only have one problem. Our younger children are enamoured with the Bobcat and want Santa to bring one!

Landscaping
We had Louay and his team install a weeping tile, landscape the backyard and pour a concrete pad for a large garden shed. Over all the project was a success. Louay was very helpful and made some great suggestions and communicated fully throughout the project. Beautiful work on the interlock walkway and armour stone. However the shed deck was not properly leveled and therefore caused some consternation when building the shed. Thanks Burloak.

Backyard Patio
Our patio work was done very nicely in May this year and at a very reasonable price. The craftsmanship was neat and they completed the entire work in two days. They were very professional in their work and went out of their way to ensure neighbor's property remains was not affected while they worked. I am happy and would certainly recommend them to others

Backyard patio
My wife and I are enjoying our patio. The work is well done. Some aspects of the customer service experience could be better. Their prices are reasonable and seem to be fair.

Back Patio, Side, and Driveway
We had our back patio, side walkway and driveway done by Lou'ay and Ziad's team. They were able to complete the project within their timeline and within the agreed costs. Some minor details were forgotten but corrected promptly and in a professional manner. Their team is courteous and polite and respected our property. At our request Ziad agreed to come back to add a step to our side after deciding the slope was a bit too steep. Overall, a very well done and beautiful project that we are continuing to love today. We would recommend Lou'ay and Ziad to everybody.

The large patio, the walk way and retain walls.
Burl Oak build for us the large patio (1200sf) and the walk way on one side of the house. We are happy with the overall company performance. It could have been better. Some details were forgotten and had to be redone. They of course repaired it on time. We would recommend them. They do what they say they are going to do. It appears Lou’ay strives to give the client exactly what they are picturing in their heads. They will return in one year to seal the stones of the patio. We are very happy with the job they did. It came out just as we had pictured it. They are the real deal !

Driveway and Porch Interlock - project gone WRONG
We initially put this review out after the project is done but we have to make a change as the lack of workmanship shows after 2 years. We had our driveway lift and relay as it is uneven. However after less than 2 years, we start to see that the places where it was uneven start to show again and it got worse this year. Tried to call the owner before but no response. This can tell us that they didn't do the job right and the excavation wasn't done properly. They didn't excavate enough to provide a solid base and thus what was uneven before begins to show again. It seems like we have wasted our money and we are really disappointed.
