Lisa did a great painting and repair job for me on short notice for a reasonable price. Her communication was timely and I felt I was in good hands for the entire process. I appreciated her suggestions and explanations for the job and felt informed the whole way. Hire Lisa, she will be more committed to a quality outcome than you!

We upgraded the ceiling from tiles to drywall and had a new ceiling fan installed. We added more lights to brighten our basement, including a motion sensor light in a closet. We reconstructed a room in our basement to make it functional - moved the laundry sink, new walls and new floor. The quote was thorough. We were informed about the project stages and timelines. We were notified at all decision points. Much care was taken to control dust and the work areas were left clean and tidy at the end of each day.

The complete bathroom installation was a huge disappointment. The tiles on the inside of the shower are not smooth, the grout is grey and white, using caulking to cover up errors, the door to the over the toilet cabinet was warped and had to be replaced. The bottom drawer of the vanity did'nt close properly because it had a block in the back of it (discovered by another repair person). The installed heated floor isn't consistent. The cubby over the shower it too high for me at 80 to reach from a shower stool. The grab bar on the inside of the shower was too high and had to be lowered. The valve on the wall by the toilet doesn't fit and the hand held shower is way too long for an older person.

We were very happy with hiring Lisa from Chix Who Fix to frame our attic for storage space. We are fairly handy but we didn't trust ourselves to tackle framing and reinforcing. Lisa was extremely knowledgeable and skilled. She made excellent suggestions and even stayed on to repair a faulty pocket door in our house. She is very friendly, professional and easygoing - a pleasure to have in our home. We would definitely hire her anytime again for future projects!

I highly recommend Lisa and Chix who Fix. I needed to renovate a bathroom so it would be accessible for my elderly mother. They did a fantastic job! Another excellent thing is that that the project was completed on time and on budget. I never had to hound them to provide a quote, show up on time or worry about them cleaning up. They are try professionals.

I was selling my house and needed general repairs done. Handyworks did fantastic work from painting and drywall work, deck cleaning, changing light fixtures and installing a carpet runner. Handyworks' work was excellent and the fee extremelly reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend Handyworka to anyone seeking high quality work at reasonable rates.

I have hired Lisa numerous times for flooring, plumbing, electrical and building projects. She has never disappointed me in the quality of work she provides. The work is done efficiently and always within budget. I would highly recommend her for any home renovation project!!!

Was convinced she knew how to installed a attic hatch, She made one! But only large enough for a child to get in.... the boarder/frame Lisa put around the door doesnt line up, messy and very unprofessional Not to code, hatch has to be 30 inches from a ceiling or wall, which it's not! I called several "handyman types" in my community for a small but urgent job to change my locks. Lisa from Chix who Fix responded within minutes, and sent Miki over within another few minutes to quote the job. A few hours later, the job is complete. I am thankful that they moved quickly to make me feel more secure in my home. Miki was really nice to deal with, as well as thorough and efficient. I also appreciated her concern about keeping my indoor cat safe.
