I used Visage Windows and doors to Install my front windows and basement windows. Only after a few years , all of my windows have be fogged up and become very discolored. I contacted Dimitry, the owner because these windows should be covered by the warranty, Mr. Dimitry became very upset and didn't want to talk and said that he can't remember me. When I informed him that I have the papers and this could help, he didn't want to listen. I tried contacting him several times but he'll not pick up the phone.The quality of his work and windows are very bad and think every customer thinking of installing windows with this company should think hard and twice because this company gives sub-standard product and doesn't honor its warranty . I have no other choice than to take this company to the Small Claims Court.We'll see what happens. I've given every opporunity to fix their sub-standard quality products and so far no one is interested.BEWARE!BEWARE! i told youso.

After consulting with many window companies, I have decided to go with Visage windows and Doors for the following reasons 1) professionalism 2) working for the customer. Professionalism - at the time of sale Dimitri was courteous and timely. He did not pressure me to buy the windows from. Secondly, he keeps me informed in every stages of the process Working for the customer: I had designed my windows outside of the common design; Dimitri took my design to window City and return with a sample drawing of how the design will look. I approved and he starting on it. Everyone in my neighborhood loves the designed. Installers - they are professional and hardworking, they know their job well and they go the extra mile They get the job on time. In conclusion I will not hesitate to recommend Dimitri (visage windows Doors) to you.

i am very pleased with the quality of workmanship. The job was completed on time as promised! And sure looks great! I am confident this will add value to my home and it is money well spent!

I replaced all windows with Visage Windows & Doors. After 4 years the seal on my huge front window failed. The glass was replaced at zero cost. Now my window looks like a new one. I am very happy with the service. They definitely RESPECT THE WARRANTY. I will HIGHLY recommend Visage Windows & Doors to anyone who is looking for this kind of projects.

Contacted Dimitry Nov/ Dec about leak on window they installed. He said someone will call us back. Still waiting to hear back Quite poor service once they get your business.

We selected Visage Windows and Doors after reading their reviews on the Homestars website to replace our windows and doors last September. We waited a full year to write this review to see how the products and installation performed over the course of a year and both have met our expectations. Eugene and staff were punctual, clean and extremely helpful, going above and beyond the scale of the job. For example, they caulked an existing garage window that they had not replaced and reinstalled our blinds. We also asked them to make an adjustment to one of the sidelights and they were very accommodating. They completed the job on time and tidied after themselves thoroughly. The price was very competitive too. We have no hesitation in recommending this company,

We asked the Visaage Windows & doors to installed two patio doors. The representative is very professional and recommended us patio windows with excellent qualities. The installer Alex did a great job who sealed perfectly. He didn't rush through the job and cleaned everything.Highly recommended!
