We decided to go with New kitchen Toronto for our recent renovation in our condominium based on the reviews and upon meeting with Dmitriy. From the beginning he was very helpful, honest and helped us with the Ikea kitchen we chose, letting us know how many rails, cover panels, trim, etc we needed to order. His partner Sergei came to install the kitchen and he was very fast, knew the Ikea system really well and did the demolition with uttermost care to leave the backsplash and floor tile intact as these were not changing in our new design. Our place is very small and I really have to commend Sergei for working in such a confined space without damaging anything. The kitchen installation was done really nicely, everything fitting perfectly. The only thing i would suggest is to make sure you completely go through the whole project with both Dmitriy and Sergei, because there was a bit of a misunderstanding with some elements. As most people who have used the Ikea planning tools would know, sometimes the Ikea Kitchen Planner is not the best tool and will not allow you to resize cover panels or things like that; so make sure you go through the little details with both of them to save them extra work. Also, when i realized that the new cabinets were higher than the existing one (because there had previously been new flooring laid out that raised everything up), I asked Sergei to bring the cabinets down as much as he could to avoid having 2 different counter heights; which he did even though it involved reassembling the cabinets. Aside from installing new cabinets, they also helped us with retrofitting an existing base cabinet in the kitchen with new doors and doing the custom work required to cover it with the new materials and fit in the new doors which were smaller and required a few custom panels. Great job Sergei and Dmitriy, we are really enjoying our new kitchen.

Dmitriy and his team removed our old kitchen and installed a new Ikea kitchen in our condo. They did an excellent job at a reasonable price. They were easy to deal with and finished the project quickly. Their quality of work is great. Dmitriy knows Ikea kitchen very well and helped with choosing the right parts for our new kitchen. I would definitely deal with him again if I had another project to work on.

We bought an old condo and needed to do a complete kitchen reno - we wanted a brand new IKEA kitchen installed. We found Dmitriy and his New Kitchen Toronto team on Homestars, and now I'm adding another glowing review. We couldn't be happier with the job. Dmitriy helped us design our kitchen - those of you who tried using IKEA software for this for the first time will understand how important it is to get some feedback from a professional. The job was done on time and on budget, Dmitriy was extremely flexible, even went with us to HomeDepot and Rona to pick up kitchen counters, sink,faucets, and the like, and ended up doing more jobs for us, like removing the old vanities and installing new ones. Our kitchen looks beautiful! Basically, if you want someone great to do your kitchen reno and deal with your iKEA kitchen, call him and I'm sure you'll be as happy as we were with the service you get.

I cannot say enough about what a pleasure it has been working with Dmitriy. The cabinet installation they did for us was perfect, done very quickly, and at a very reasonable price. He and Sergei were very friendly, and professional during the job. And besides being very good at what they do, one of the things I liked immediately about Dmitriy was the fact that he is great at communication - answers his phone immediately, returns messages promptly, and shows up when he says he will. This alone made him stand out. If he only built decks and did basements, and staircases, he'd be working with us for the next 5 years! We loved both him and Sergei. I strongly recommend new kitchen toronto, and hope to work with them again soon.

Excellent work by Dmitriy and his crew - they are also quite fun to work with - attitude is great and they got along well with everyone. You'd never believe how many problems you can encounter with an Ikea kitchen, but he made it all seem so easy. The quality of the work is great and I am already planning to use him for some built ins that i need in other areas of the house. Their prices are reasonable and they really enjoy the work and put in the effort to ensure it is a job well done.

it was a pleasure to work with Dmitriy! First, we got him to install our IKEA kitchen and he did an amazing job at a price that was more than fair. After seeing his quality of work we also arranged for him to do a number of other jobs for our reno, including building the frame for our fireplace mantel, installing a glass shower purchased from a big box store and few other odds and ends. Again, great work, fair prices and always with a sense of humor and a can-do attitude. Highly recommended

Dimitry did an exceptional job. He was friendly, reliable and absolutely professional. He was very focused on the job at hand and was profoundly interested in ensuring I was very satisfied. Dmitriy did a great job with our cabinet installation. He was extremely helpful in our kitchen reno from start to finish. He is experienced with the whole IKEA thing. It's NOT as easy as they would make you think. There are plenty of problems you will run into and Dmitriy is very good at giving you a heads up on them and helping to resolve issues you encounter from ordering, to getting the parts you actually ordered to making a few alterations to your plan along the way. As an experienced and skilled cabinet maker as well, his suggestions and guidance in finalizing plans are also a big help. I was doing a lot of the other work myself and contracted out some of the finer trades work and he was able to both work with and around them as well as keep an eye out for any potential problems. Dmitriy worked quickly and didn't disappear for days on end as some guys will do. He is also very aware of cost and shared some great money saving ideas and was very careful not to waste materials and reuse what might normally be tossed as scrap. We had a good deal of returns and cash back on panels and parts ikea said we needed that Dmitriy showed as unnecessary in doing a good solid install. He also did some custom work demonstrating excellent care and craftsmanship and also did a magic corner cabinet install. His rate was very good providing excellent value and service for what he charged. He was very upfront about costs with no sneaky little extras or hidden costs whatsoever. Even when encountering the odd unexpected snag here or there he just took care of it all as promised. There is always some concern about strangers in you home but Dmitriy (and his assistant) were punctual, trustworthy, friendly and easygoing for the whole job. Ours was a total gut from drywall in and it was complete in 3 weeks start to finish. Dmitriy's NewKitchenToronto was key in making that happen. He can easily handle any size cabinet installation/build in an independent and professional manner. If you are the type of person who likes to be involved in their own reno you will save HUGE if you can get guys like this on the job. We are extremely happy with our new kitchen. The look, the functionality and the cost all surpassed our expectations. We highly recommend Dmitriy and New Kitchen Toronto for your Ikea or any other kitchen renovation project.
