We made the perfect choice in choosing Creative Distinction. We had the entire house of windows installed brick to brick. The workmanship was done supremely, especially the interior wood trim around the windows. They were prompt,efficient,professional,neat and most of all the service Paul provided was exceptional. Thank You for a job well done!

Replacing my windows is the first big renovation I have done to my home. I wanted to make sure I was choosing the right company and the renovation fit within my budget. The owner Paul was so informative and easy to work with. I did not feel pressured. He took the time to explain in great detail the different types of windows and worked with me to negotiate a price that I can afford. He also brought samples for me to look at. The installer was very professional and I was surprised how clean and quick the job was complete. I hightly recommend Creative Distinction Windows and Doors.

Living in our great city does present it's challenges. Ours is a noisy highway. Our windows at the back of the house needed replacing. We sourced out a few companies that said they could minimize the noise, air leaks, etc. We chose this company because we felt that they would stand behind their product. The original window was removed right to the brick wall. To ensure my flooring was kept clean, the installers put carpets down on our floors starting from the front door all the way up to the bedrooms. All the debris, and there was lots, was removed from the house. The window was installed. The trim was cut and put around the window (by the way, I didn't have trim around the window before), then they primed and painted the trim around the window. There was no disturbance to our existence at all. The windows are great and the noise from the highway is gone as promised. I cannot praise Creative Distinction Windows and Doors enough for their excellent service and installation. The representative came to our home and took the time to find out what we needed. He provided us with a number of options within our price range; even brought samples with him! His quote was competitive and there was no sales pressure at all. Shortly after agreeing to go with them, the window installation was arranged. The installers showed up on time and were courteous, professional and answered all of our questions. There was minimal disruption, which is always a worry with this sort of thing. Well done!
