First off let me say that when I first spoke to Andy over the phone, he was direct and clear about what he can and cannot do for me. When he came to my home to view the work involved , he spent quite a bit of time investigating the installation my old skylights and the condition of the roof. I hired him because I had already had a few estimates but no one was a thorough as he was before giving me his quote. I trusted that there would be no surprise costs because he knew exactly what he was getting into. He showed up when he said he would, he cleaned up after every visit. Quite frankly, I have not seen a perfectionist like him at work. He did everything he said he would and more. Very generous with his the add ons. My roof was quite a mess, and at no extra charge, he fixed little things here and there. And need I say that my skylights are beautiful!

I decided to have metal roofing installed. I realised that the 3 original acrylic skylights, around 30 yrs old, should probably be replaced before having the roof done. I contacted Andy'Skylights among a few other companies. By far, Andy was the most pleasant to deal with and very patient. He took the time to answer all my questions, explaining in detail how the job would be completed and why it would be done in a certain way. I wanted to replace the acrylic with glass skylights, with one of the 3 a massive 8 ft long and to make another one a venting skylight. Andy said the long skylight was no problem although other companies said " nobody makes them that long in glass". Since the roofing material was going to be metal, Andy wanted to ensure that the roofing company would be installing the material correctly and even gave me specific questions to ask the roofing company, a test of sorts, to confirm that the roofing company knew their stuff. Andy's insight into the roofing material was an added bonus that helped me feel confident that I had chosen the right roofing company too! But what made my experience with Andy truly fantastic was the fact he agreed to come back once the roofers started, to flash the skylights properly and to ensure the roofers knew how to integrate the flashing and the metal roofing. Due to other unrelated reno work that had to be completed first, it was almost 6 weeks by the time we were ready for Andy to come back. In fact, Andy followed up with me to see where things were at! He then advised he would set aside 2 days on his calendar to coordinate with the roofers and to complete the flashing. Andy is a true PROFESSIONAL who takes immense PRIDE in the work he does and stands behind it. He is very KNOWLEDGEABLE and comes fully prepared to meet you, also providing a copy of his insurance liability policy and WSIB certificate for you to keep on hand. Andy takes pictures of the work in progress so you can see, step by step, what he's done & most importantly, how it's being done because frankly, not many people could get up on their roof to see for themselves. Andy's pricing is in line with other reputable skylight companies, you may get lower quotes, but buyer beware! I would recommend Andy'Skylights in a heartbeat for anyone interested in installing or replacing skylights and who want to ensure that the job is DONE WELL, ON TIME and ON BUDGET. Thank you Andy!

We always wanted to get a skylight installed on our stairwell and finally we got it done this year. I have to admit, the amount of natural light we now have is amazing! We don’t need to turn on the lights on our stair well until it is night. On hindsight, I think I should have done this earlier! After talking to a few contractors, we gave the contract to Andy’s skylight. Andy is very knowledgeable and is very diligent in his work. Andy is not the cheapest when it come to cost but he takes great pride in his work and does a high quality job. He build a “tent” on our stairwell to contain the dust and it kept the dust level to a negligible level. Andy took pictures during various stages of the process and also kept us informed of what he was doing each day. He showed up on time every time he said he would. We installed a FAKRO skylight which is one of the best Skylights out there. It’s only been and few weeks after the installation and so far no issues. It rained the first day of installation and no leakages so far. Andy is a great guy to work with and I am thrilled with the quality work. I will call him in a heartbeat for my future skylight project and will refer him to my friends. Well Done Andy!

Andy was very meticulous, the job looks great and he did a very nice job on the interior trim too. He explained exactly what needed to be done and what had gone wrong with the old skylight. He showed up when he said he would and cleaned up after he had finished. I enjoyed talking to him too, he is originally from Belarus and has seen a lot. Great job and I would recommend him to anyone who needs similar work done.

Our skylights were 25 years old and leaking quite badly. Andrei came highly recommended to us and he did not disappoint! Our new skylights look great!! Andrei responded quickly to our initial inquiry, and got the job done in great time also. I really appreciated how he prepared the work space to minimize the dust going everywhere, and he cleaned up afterwards. Andrei even made a repair to our solatube at no additional cost. Very professional, timely, and excellent workmanship.

I had Andrei install a new skylight in the kitchen where there was a lack of natural light. As well as replace a large existing skylight. Andrei has a very good sense of professionalism as he presents the customer with photographs of previous work done by him in order for the customer to understand the process of skylight installation. Andrei uses great precision and shows great skill in the work he performs and sets a high standard for his work ethics. I would recommend Andrei to anyone who is looking to install new skylights or replace existing ones, and are expecting an amazing result.

Andrei installed the window with skill, professionalism and quality in mind. His focus on detail and accuracy is visible in the finished product. Andrei explains what he's doing along the way-always checking in with the customer is key to good customer service.

I was very impressed with Andy's turn around time, no pressure quoting and quality of work. He delivered what he said he will deliver and on time. Andy provided me with photos before and after, showing every major step in skylight replacement. He did also a great job inside finishing skylight. My two new skylights look great, they are also much quieter. In addition to skylights, I ordered blinds and Andy installed them. Everything looks great. Great service, very professional! Highly recommend!

From start to finish the service provided was superb. It started with knowledgable no pressure quoting. Andy shared information (including pictures of the work in progress) at every step over the 2 day process. His work is thorough and the finished product is awesome. He works non stop to get the job done without taking short cuts. He is on time and arrives when he says he will. Better yet the clean up both outside and inside your home is immaculate. I have never met a contractor that pays to as much detail as Andrei did. It is so refreshing to know that there are still some contractors out there that care about the quality of work they produce. 10 out 10 job! I would not hesitate to hire Andrei of Andy Skylights again!!!!!
