Sandip helped us decide on what we need regarding aircon. We asked him if he could provide it as soon as possible. Lo and behold, he promised ro give it the next day. Sandip's is knowledgeable regarding aircons, and I wanted to say. his experienced made him known as the go to guy. When the two installers came to our house, they were polite, installed all, and cleaned everything they did. All in all, I am satisfied with Sandips company. Thank you for helping us asap. 10year lifetime warranty and parts and labor.. worth it.

Home service by Furnace King in Mississauga was superb. Justine was very polite, pleasant and promptly directed her crew to come over to diagnose the loss of heating issue at my furnace. Claudio with his assistant came immediately in the morning and diagnosed the problem to be attributed to a seized vent fan of the furnace that interlocked the startup of the furnace and provided a quick estimate of the cost on replacement of the OEM assembly instead of the obsolete fan/motor. Sandip followed up later on in the afternoon with the assessment of my 18 year old mid-efficiency furnace heating system, patiently presented pros and cons of maintaining an old system/replacement of a hi-efficiency system, along with potential savings/month from new 2-stage multi/variable control furnace systems and answering questions and doubts that I raised. The saving and pricing offer was fairly reasonable and affordable for me, a 76 yr-old senior and my wife. Brian and his assistance Hurion came on the agreed schedule day to dismantle the old heating system and install the new replacement 2-stage unit. They tested the installed system to ensure everything was code compliant and functional per spec, and they cleaned up before they departed. A job in my opinion well done. My wife and I appreciated the team work provided by the Furnace King team.

The entire Furnace King team was fantastic! We couldnt be more pleased with the quality of both the products and services. When our furnace was tagged for a cracked heat exchanger during a routine maintenance, a friend referred me to Sandip. He picked up my initial call right away and thoroughly explained everything to me while answering all my questions, as I debated replacing the heat exchanger vs. purchasing a new furnace. Sandip just provided really insightful information from years of experience (no pushy salesmanship tactics at all). The next day (which was a Saturday, too), Sandip came to our home and took a look at the existing system. We went through different options and scenarios, again with Sandip explaining everything in a very detailed manner while answering our many questions. After weighing our options, we ultimately decided on a new furnace and A/C, and Sandip scheduled this to be installed by his team on Monday. Again, he did not pressure us into anything and did not try to upsell us on anything we didnt need. On Monday, the team was promptly on time and got to work. Right away, It was apparent how professional and experienced they were. Junior, Conrad, and Kyro were all great amazing work! New furnace and A/C installed in a really clean and efficient manner. Both look great. We also love the built-in humidifier and are excited for the upcoming duct cleaning that Sandip arranged for us. The team also did a bunch of extras for us at no additional cost: cleaning up everything thoroughly, including taking some extra large waste (old carpets that were in the furnace room + old satellite dishes that were mounted outside by A/C unit), installed and setup our new smart thermometer, helped me with a tricky basement vent that was out, and again answered every single one of our questions, sticking around until we were 100% satisfied. Thank you to the entire Furnace King team! Sandip, Junior, Conrad, Kyro it is evident you take great pride in your work and the quality speaks for itself. Amazing job!

Sandip and Furnace King came in at a cost-effective price for a very quick and clean installation. They were very flexible and understanding. Conrad and Junior minimized any cutting and drilling and did a great job fitting a new Trane furnace into a crowded furnace room, followed by replacement of an old hot water heater with a tankless unit. Sandip in particular did a good job of explaining / justifying costs and performance differences between different models of AC/Furnace/Hot Water Heater, versus just selling a Cadillac. They also could have just tested/ran the AC in the middle of winter, but instead elected to come back at an appropriate time for an AC unit test. They charged a fair price and did good work. Those are not frequently found in the HVAC industry. I would recommend them

I took a chance (based on positive reviews) and hired Furnace King to check our old furnace and ultimately install a new furnace. Sandip gave us no-nonsense information and choices on types of furnaces, warranty info, etc. He didn’t try to oversell us or get us to buy into any extras. He was more than fair with pricing, including reversing the charges for the inspection and attempts to repair the old furnace. The technicians were knowledgeable and professional. They went above and beyond with removing an old humidifier and doing some re-wiring for the thermostat. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and professional. I highly recommend Furnace King!

Sandip is a trustworthy and knowledgeable person to get all information needed to start the project. He is walking with you through all technical details and installation your HVAC and costing based on your budget. They came to our home at the day that Sandip told us. Their technician Bryan is a lovely, caring and very professional person to install our furnace. He did a fantastic and clean job. At the end we were so happy once the job done and heat get back to our house. We recommend Furnace King Company and give a 5 stars to them. Thank you Sandip and Bryan.

My furnace didn’t have issues but it was 15+ years old, Great work by sales in explaining what can be done and was very clear., installation team was awesome as well, fixed all my cords and was very informative.
