We are Furnace King Clients over 10 years. The company employees are providing to us exceptional support with professionalism, punctuality, politeness and understanding. We are very satisfied with quality work by Claudio, who is our HVAC mechanic for many years. We thank the whole Furnace King team for their excellent services.

We recently called Furnace King back to look after our home furnace, the technician indicated the furnace need it to be replaced as the heat exchanger was malfunctioning, allowing high levels of CO2. Sandeep diligently came in to our house to address the furnace replacement, he’s highly experienced and knowledgeable in this field, in addition, he was very professional and accommodating, we decided to proceed with the project and he quickly schedule the work for the next day! The technicians, Junior and Konrad came in on time, following the same professional and accommodating to our request to relocate the gas lines and pipes. That said, we felt ever so motivated and offered them to comeback and look into replacing our aged rental water tank for a tankless system, Sandeep once again responded with the same professional and accommodating manner, we asked the same crew to comeback to look after our tankless project. Once again they demonstrated the same consistent with their excellent service and quality workmanship, Sandeep kept following up with each step of process from the start all the way to post project quality check. Overall, a highly professional, knowledgeable and accommodating experience from all of the King Furnace team, thank you Sandeep, Junior and Konrad for making this project an smooth and rewarding experience. Thanks to Sandip for discussing and scoping our Furnace and AC requirements. He explained in details, the options available and their user benefits; as a result we added a Humidifier to the system (we didn't have it before). He helped us understand the benefits of the unique design feature and benefits of the tubular heat exchanger that is backed by a robust warranty. Regarding overall warranty, Furnaceking offered more than what is usually available in the market. All this came at an affordable price and payment terms. Thanks again to Sandip for his guidance. Despite bad weather the installation crew (Junior, Conrad and Corey) came as planned, completed their work in a timely manner. We liked their polite and helpful attitudes. Up until now, we think we have seen everything happening in the right manner. Furnaceking has a professional, customer focused team whom I will recommend to my GTA friends.

We had great experience with furnace king team. As our furnace broke down & with an aging a/c unit as well, we were looking for replacement of complete HVAC system. He provided us with all the information we required to make an informed decision. quotes were competitive as compared to quotes from other contractors & with home depot financing option, we went ahead with the furnace king. We found furnace king on homestars and arranged for a quote for a new air conditioner, furnace, and tankless water heater. We met with Sandip, who was very knowledgeable about their products, and was able to find us the right equipment at a reasonable price. Sandip thoroughly explained the differences between brands, the warranties, installation process and energy cost savings which helped us make our decision. We did not feel pressured by any means, and we appreciated the time Sandip took to explain everything to us. Upon installation, Mike, Andy and Dave did an excellent job in a timely manner and left the place very clean once they had completed installation. The installation crew took the time to explain how everything worked and the basic maintenance procedures. We would definitely recommend furnace king to anyone looking for a high quality replacement HVAC system at a reasonable cost, backed by a great team on both the sales and installation sides.

Do all the research you want but in all honesty - allow Sandip to explain your options, and just go with his recommendation. From looks to quality and type of metal used to motors…..the equipment is far to complex to compare between manufacturers. Had a furnace and air conditioner installed and happy with the choice so far. Follow up calls and seasonal inspections were raised by their office (its nice not having to chase companies for this service). VF VF
