    New AC and Furnace installation

    I cannot say enough about the service we have received from Furnace King from start to finish. Sandip was great in explaining various products, both AC and Furnace and their features. He is very knowledgeable, highly professional and polite. He worked with us diligently and patiently in selecting the right product that fit our needs. Technicians Junior and Konrad were very punctual, organized and professional. We will highly recommend Furnace King for all your AC and Furnace needs.

    Furnace and AC

    We got an amana furnace and AC Sandip was fair and educated us on what we had and what we needed for our budget installers were professional and clean and did an excellent job

    Air Conditioner

    Had a problem with air conditioner. Contacted Furnace King (Home Depot). Due to volume of work they set up an appt for 6 days later. I advised of a health condition my wife has and asked if anything sooner came up to please contact us. Twenty minutes later we had an appointment for the current day. Sandip and his team were all excellent. Caring and professional. I would recommend them as the best company and people I have dealt with in 30 years.

    Airconditioner and Furnace Replacement

    We met with Sandip who provided a no-nonsense approach in giving us information we needed to make an informed decision. He was very knowledgeable about the products available, the pros and cons of each and he explained in detail which product offers the best value for the money. He is definitely one of a kind and not your typical salesperson. Talking with him was like talking to an old friend when you ask for advice, he took his time to explain everything and asked if you have other questions. As for the installers, they came on time for my appointment, had a professional attitude and we were definitely happy with their workmanship. They took the time to adjust the pipes, made some adjustments to the wiring and even the caulking outside so it wouldn’t just meet code standards but it would look also look neat. They also explained little details about how to properly maintain our new HVAC system and the warranty that comes with it. Overall, my husband and I are very satisfied with Furnace King's HVAC services and I would definitely put them on my go-to list for contractors.

    New Air Conditioner

    Furnace King was great in installing our new AC. I would highly recommend them. They has great workers, and they were on time, on budget and finished on time. Our house is all set for the summer. There sales manager Sandip was great in explaining everything and making sure all our AC needs are looked after. I think Sandip stands for: (S)uperior Customer Service (A) Amazing Salesperson (N)ever gives up in trying to help you (D)ependable and Reliable (I)nterested in helping you get the proper A/C system (P)rofessional and cares for all his customers

    HVAC and AC

    Great team, prompt replies and professionals. Had them for almost 5 years and is doing regular maintenance on Trane furnace and AC. So far no issues and is happy with services

    Furnace, A/C, HVAC

    A few years ago our furnace stopped working on a freezing December day. After no luck from some other gas companies, Brian from Furnace King stopped in late on his way home and after a quick fix, got heat going again. Later that year, we have had Furnace King in to replace our furnace and then our A/C last year The crew is very professional and friendly and the follow-up service is exceptional. I would highly recommend their service.

    Air conditioner unit installation

    Sandip was very helpful and the installation was done the following week. They were prompt, efficient and cleaned up afterwards. They also installed our furnace in 2019 and I would definitely recommend them

    New Water Heater & AC

    First call after purchasing our new home was to Sandip at Furnace King. We used them to replace the HVAC equipment in our previous house, and now for replacing the aging units in our new house. Their installers go above and beyond and do excellent work. Great experience, they will be my first call for any HVAC questions/needs!

    Excellent After Sales services

    I didn't experience in Canada such an amazing "After Sales" customer care, either from the Sales Representative, Sandip (which is also unusual) or from the entire team who works in Furnace King. I paid premium for a high quality furnace (Trane) and the after sales maintenance service (which I received so for). i bought the furnace and the humidifier in 2018 and every time i call for an inquiry or any issue, the respond is so fast by Sandip and the company maintenance team.
