    Trane XV95 Furnace & XL-16i AC

    It has been one year since we installed a Trane XV95 Furnace and XL-16i AC by Furnace King that replaced a 20 year old overworked Furnace and AC. We could not be happier with the decision that we made as both Furnace and AC have run trouble free and the results in power consumption have been dramatically reduced in our two story home. We have a NEST Thermostat and on previous days when temperatures soared to +40C our old AC ran about 20 hours on a daily basis. This was reduced to eight hours at the most or a consumption reduction of about 60%. Given lower temperatures this year more in the high +30C the average power consumption is now at less than six hours per day. In the winter the house is comfy and warm without cold spots. And Enbridge has lowered our monthly payment plan by $60 each month and that will likely be increased next year as power consumption decreases. Our sincere thank you goes out to the people at Furnace King from Sandip, Sales Executive who recommended the products for our home and to the installation technicians Mike and John who are truly professional, courteous and caring. In addition our one year maintenance was carried out in the same manner. Furnace King has established a professional team of sales, installation and maintenance experts, offering high-quality products and proven quality services that are covered by some of the best warranties in the market today. In the end it all boils down to the people that represent your brand. Nice job Furnace King. You have figured it out and that is why you have been in business for many years and that you will be in business for many more years to come. It is not the transaction but rather the business relationship that you establish with your clients that make you stand out from the competition.     New furnace and air conditioner

    Sandip was very knowledgeable and professional and provided great service. He followed up before and after the installation process to ensure all was well. We were also extremely happy with the work of Mike and his team, they went above and beyond with the installation. Their work was very professional and clean.

    Air Conditioner

    There installers were terrific! They went above and beyond my expectations. When they had completed the installation they explained everything they had done. They left everything clean and tidy. I will definitely recommend the Furnace King to anyone. - Krystal

    Total HVAC Replacement

    "Unforgettable SERVICE" - this is what I call it - From the moment Sandip came home to provide us with a quote to Mike and John installing the equipment, this is what I call service that cannot be forgotten. It was EXCEPTIONAL! Not only that, Sandip followed up several times after the install to make sure everything went well. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends!!!! Zina

    Furnace, Air conditioning, and Tankless water heater

    So.... ....one of the rules of this forum is that the story has to be 30 words or more. But why 30 words when 4 will do? *** GO WITH FURNACE KING *** It's a no brainer because we've done the research for you already. Here are a few reasons why you should choose these folks to manage your next INVESTMENT: [1] Sandip is a nice guy [2] Sandip is a nice guy who also knows what he's talking about because he has an engineering background. He helps you understand how these systems work before recommending something that suits your needs. [3] Mike, Johnny, and Manuel are top notch professional installers. There are many posts on websites that mention that the most important day in the life of any HVAC system is the day it is installed. I can't vouch for this of course as I'm not in the business. However, I do know that success always leaves clues. Clues such as: + they pick up after themselves + they are neat, tidy, and methodical in their work + they explain what they're going to do before they do it + they ask for your input + they show up when they say they are going to show up + they are nice people who really care about what they do + they respect your property + they follow-up to make sure all is well + they teach you how to use the new toys [4] If you call, someone is going to pick up the phone. Yes, a real person answers their after-hours line. If you have an emergency, you don't want to talk to a machine. Wondering about the cost? Well, I'm not going to tell you because that just wouldn't be fair 8). Let's just say that the old adage of "You get what you pay for..." probably holds true. Installed products: (a) Rinnai RUC80i tankless hot water heater; (b) Amana AMVC96060 variable gas furnace; and (c) Amana ASX16 air conditioner. This was all installed in a single dwelling < 2000 sqft. Hope this helps in your decision-making! ...and for all you couples out there, don't fight! ....I wrote all this so you don't have to!     New Furnace and AC

    I would highly recommend Furnace King. I had an excellent experience from the initial sales visit right through to post support and fine tuning of the system Sandip is one of the most knowledgeable and dedicated sales engineers I have met. He is very trustworthy and highly oriented around offering top notch customer service. Sandip distinguished himself from two other reputable companies through his thorough knowledge of HVAC systems, the merits of the major brands and his overall sincerity throughout the entire job. The installation experience lived up to the high standards and expectations set by Sandip. There was also a follow up visit to fine tune the furnace settings and some further configuration of the Nest thermostat All in all, it was a great experience and at a competitive price

    New Furnace and Air condition

    Extremely professional and very pleasant and easy service. It all starts by calling the office who answer promptly and set up a consultation. The visit by their rep. Sandip was very cordial, he explained everything professionally, and patiently answered all questions and helped me pick the right furnace. (Ended up choosing Amana). The installers were very cordial and they left the area neat and clean. I would strongly recommend Furnace King.

    HVAC replacement (residential)

    Our 19 years old Carrier HVAC system started giving end of life "signs" last summer. We embarked on screening 6 HVAC contractors to select the one whom we would hire when the time came for replacement. Furnace King was one of them. Our evaluation rated FK as the highest [all things considered; price, independently verified reputation, warranties, and (very importantly) first impression]. This June, our central AC "told us" it's time to be retired. We repeated the interviews with the top three from last year. Again, FK came on top. The "face" of their company, the one responsible for the "first impression" is Mr. Sandip Banerjee. Sandip is a very knowledgeable and very pleasant individual. He was by far the most impressive rep from the ones we had the pleasure to talk with. He is an important asset to FK. Once selected and awarded the project, the "planing and scheduling" of installation and rebates related activities were undertaken by Sandip. The project is now completed. All planned/promised steps occurred exactly when scheduled. The "Joe and Mike" installation crew was another very pleasant surprise (very professional, thorough, careful with our worries for cleanliness during and after work completion, post service fixing of stucco outside wall, ample operations guidance on how to use the new equipment). Suffice to say that FK exceeded our expectations. Basis our (so far) experience with Furnace King. we would strongly encourage anyone contemplating a project similar to ours, to ensure FK is given a chance to make their case for being awarded the job. Note: we will come back here in 2-3 years and follow up on this review with our experience after the Amana system they installed had performed for us.

    New Furnace & AC

    My wife and I were shopping for a new furnace & AC air and we referred to this company by close family friends. From the moment we first met with Sandip we were impressed with the organization.
