Over the summer, we discovered ants crawling through our kitchen and upstairs bedrooms, and we struggled to exterminate them with store-bought ant baits. And while they sprawled the entire house, it was difficult to find their nests. Vance was able to locate numerous nests and surgically targeted them with his trusty power spray through the entire house. Even when a few ants reappeared in one bedroom a few months later, he promptly came back and eliminated this nest, too! I called the company when I realized that the swarms of ants I was seeing were carpenter ants. Vance came the next day and sprayed the entire perimeter of the house. After my inquiry while he was working, he also fogged for cloth moths in the same visit. Very knowledgeable and professional. I don't see any ants now.

We called Pest-O-Kill to help with a carpenter ants and mice problem in our new house. Vance came out the next day and he was very helpful and professional with the service. He walked me through the process and examined the area. He found one big carpenter ant nest in the garage. He did a great job treated the place and provided some advice. Very satisfied with service of this company. Pricing is competitive and communication is excellent. The technician came by to remove a Hornet nest on the tree on the same day of the service call. The Hornets came back to start a new nest in the same location. The technician came and remove it again without hassle. Highly recommended.

Vance arrived at the stated time and immediately went to work to get rid of the yellow jackets. The nest was under a sidewalk and he applied three separate chemical substances. Pretty soon, there was no activity from the hive. Two days later, still no activity. I would highly recommend this company.

I was in desperate need of wasp extermination. I found out a part of my parents' front porch was covered by wasps. I felt terrible but started contacting companies after midnight on Sunday. Pest-o-Kill came to the rescue and they came the next day. They offered 6 months warranty for the service and told me that some wasps may try to come back but they will disappear eventually. We still have one or two wasps roaming around the house but I guess that's something we can't avoid as we have few trees in the backyard. The rest are gone as they promised.

I suspected a carpenter ant problem. Vance came out and did a thorough inspection, explaining everything as he went. He wasn't able to locate a nest but had a strong suspicion of where it was. Sprayed along baseboards and into the walls from outside. Since he spayed we haven't found anymore ants in the house (it's been 3 months now). I really appreciated his care in not drilling unnecessarily and taking into consideration my concerns about the spray and my 2 yr old. I found the rate to be very reasonable. The appointment was set up for the next day and Vance arrived on time and completed the job quickly. There is a guarantee for 6 months, but, hopefully, will not need to use it.

We had a wasp problem. We called on a Sunday thinking we might not get anyone until the next day. But, Vance was able to come out on a Sunday. He made a thorough inspection. He sprayed every nook and cranny of our back wall, ensuring the insecticide got into the wasp's nest. He took his time to explain what he was doing and why. He also answered all of our questions. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend him!
