There customer service is pretty impressive. I hired them a month ago for carpenter ants. Yahyah and Vance both came and did a very thorough job. They were able to answer all of my concerns in detail. Few days ago, I again noticed ants in another part of my house. I called them and without any extra, they booked a follow up treatment. I don't see ants anywhere in my house anymore. I will for sure use them for any further pest issues in my house.

Amazing service! In December my family had Pest-o-Kill to remove centipedes appearing constantly in the 1st floor and basement of the house. After the treatment, live centipedes no longer appeared throughout the winter. And as Spring came, we found little centipedes again in 1st floor and figured they are thriving again in time of the Spring so called Pest-o-Kill again for 2nd treatment. They covered with six months warranty and this time did it for free under warranty! The second time work was done in much more prudent manner around the house and my family is very satisfied with the result. Thank you again for prompt answer and actions, and I will definitely use the service again in the future should there be any other bug problems! Strongly recommended!

Very happy with Pest-o-Kill. The house we bought last year had an old rotted deck which we torn down this spring and the ants had set up their nest right outside our daughters room window. We started seeing these little invaders just last Thursday. Seeing as we are listed on Homestars ourselves I trusted this site to find an exterminator. They were easy to get in touch with and setting up an appointment for this Sunday was a breeze. It was rather urgent because our daughter was refusing to sleep or go in her room until the ants were gone (she's terrified of bugs). They located the nest in record time and sprayed around the perimeter of the house, inside and out. Nest is now destroyed. Thank you Pest-o-kill, my husband and I can now get a good nights sleep without having 20+ stuffed animals and our daughter taking up the whole bed.

Overall great service provided by Vance from Pest-o-Kill. They were timely only places that absolutely needed to be sprayed were sprayed. The carpenter ants were noticeably reduced the following week and now three weeks later are completely gone. Very pleased with the outcome!

We were struggling with a cockroach problem for many weeks. They started in the basement and ended up spreading throughout the house. Thanks to this company the cockroaches were gone in a mater of days.

Pestokill is an excellent company, they are committed to getting the job done even if it means they have to come back a couple of times. We had an ant issue in the master bedroom on top of the garage. They promised to get rid of them, use mild pesticides and guaranteed for 6 months. The ants never came back to the bed room but appeared once in the kitchen and again around the patio door. Both times a technician came back, apologized about us seeing them again even though no apology was required as they were coming from a different location. They got it done, no ants at my place!!!

Vance was highly recommended by my brother-in-law from Richmond Hill. I called him as I was fed-up with the Mice situation in my house. He surveyed the whole area in and out around my house and did needed job. He also gave several tips that helped. He is professional, reasonable and knows the job very well. I would like to recommend him to my other friends and colleagues in Mississauga area.

I found a dead mouse under my dishwasher. Called pestokill, they were very helpful and they sent a highly skillful tech right away. He advised me how to prevent mive and insects.

I would recommend this company for mice control as they had tremendous success at my house where others failed. They know what they are talking about and explained it to my wife very well. So now she thinks she's a mice expert too. Service was timely and reasonably priced when compared to the bigger names.

it was very distressing to find ants in a condo as i was hoping to stay away from all creepy crawlers after moving here. Luckily i found Vance and he was my savior as i was able to get same day service after finding flying ants all over my balcony. He came exactly 3 hours after i called at 7am which was great because i had to return to work at noon. The work was done promptly he even sweeped up the dead ants. i came home to an ant free environment. my experience with them was outstanding, don't know how it could have been better. I will be calling Vance to my moms home as soon as she gets back from vacation to deal with an ongoing mice issue.
