Repaired cracks in my garage floor. It was a small job but was approached professionally. Response was fast and efficient. No complaints what so ever.

Restore All removed my damaged parging and replaced with new. Quote was received a few days after request as expected and workers arrived on time as discussed. Had a few concerns with the finished product and cleanup, but Mark came out right away to correct these. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone require parging work. The owner takes pride in his work and having a satisfied customer, which can be a rarity these days.

The work was done very professionally. Timeline expectations were managed. Regular communication. The outcomes surpassed my expectations.

Their customer service was fantastic, but I wasn't satisfied with the end result. I wanted them to level my basement floor. The first time they did it, it didn't work out very well. It was not level and was blotchy. They came and did it a second time, which looked a lot better, but was still not flat and level. They came back again and ground down the high spots and patched the low spots, but it still wasn't flat and level. It's definitely better than it originally was, but I was expecting a self-leveller to be perfect. Maybe that was an unrealistic expectation. I found out after the fact that they have a "tolerance level" for the flatness. It would be a good idea to tell customers that ahead of time to avoid disappointment. In any case, I needed to level the floor in one of the corners for my shower base because it wasn't one of the spots that they fixed up at the end. I decided to contact Mark to see if he would be willing to fix it for me and luckily, he was, even though it's a couple months later. Thank-you! I should also mention John, who did the bulk of the work/return visits. He's very polite, respectful, quiet and hard working.

Cut out concrete and replaced with new concrete. Filled some cracks with epoxy. Had small part of front sidewalk that required new cement. Mark reviewed my needs. His crew very courteous and cleaned up any mess. Mark contacted me after completion of work to ensure I was satisfied.

Dark colored, stamped concrete driveway that is 20 years old. Multiple cracks (some deep) and discoloration throughout. Mark and his crew did a phenomenal job bringing it back to life.

Excellent communication from Mark, always let me know exactly what he was doing and when. Great quality work fixing cracks and completely redoing the parging.

Service was professional and courteous. Mark took the time to explain what was causing the problem and what they would do to repair and seal the floor. The project was completed promptly and mess from the repair area was left clean.
