    Move

    Karl and Triggerr moved my mother from a senior's home to a senior's apartment. Due to covid, there were restrictions at the senior's home that would not allow the movers into the building until after 6 p.m. Therefore, Karl and Triggerr worked one night from 6 p.m. - midnight, and another night from 6 p.m. until 10 p.m. Karl and Triggerr were friendly, accommodating, and they set up the furniture according to my mother's wishes. Each item was carefully wrapped. AND they were reasonable priced. My mother and I would HIGHLY recommend them for any move.

    Complicated multi-move went perfectly!

    Triggerr and Karl moved items from my parents’ house to 5 different locations over a day and a half. Every item went to the correct house and arrived in perfect shape. They are so great to work with. They came to the house a few weeks earlier to do a review and to reassure us that it was going to go well when moving day arrived. They are so fast while being so careful! You are definitely getting your money’s worth with them! Each of the receiving households commented on how great they were, how personable and how capable. I think everyone should use their services. You won’t be disappointed - in fact, you will be delighted.

    Condo move

    What we admired was their warm and reassuring communication, by text and phone, leading up to and during the process of the move. We so appreciated Triggerr and Karl's attention to detail in setting up the apartment as closely to the previous layout as possible...even to Mom’s Werthers candy dish! Their energy and positivity made this as pleasant an experience for Mom as possible. They cheerfully toured her around the new apartment so that she was comfortable with the layout. They energetically and thoroughly fulfilled Mom’s and our every concern throughout the move and excellent follow-up afterwards. We would highly recommend their services, both in efficiency, care, and thoroughness in the actual move, and in sincere emotional support to the client, and their family during the transition

    Moving my Mom

    Triggerr and Karl helped me move my mother from our home into Assisted Living in Carleton Place. It was a small move, but they were so efficient! They make quite the team! By the time my Mom and I arrived at her new suite, it was all set up and felt like "home" the minute we walked in. Such care and attention to detail with all of her belongings. It was a delight to work with both of them. They put my mind at ease, and both have such pleasant, positive attitudes! I would definitely recommend Systems N Spaces to others, and would use again in a heartbeat!

    2nd time using Systems ‘N Spaces

    This is the second time we have hired Trigger and Karl. The first helped us pack and move my Mom and her husband out of their home when they moved to a retirement home. They were invaluable in determining exactly what furniture they should take and how it would fit into their new room. We recently hired them again to help move my Father and his wife between retirement homes. They are very efficient and professional yet friendly. They are great working with older people and putting them at ease with regards to what is a big change for them. We couldn’t have done it without them. I have recommended them to many people in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

    Continued Reliable Service

    This is the second time we have used Systems N' Spaces. Like the last time we engaged them. The items were well packed and transferred in a timely manner to multiple locations in good condition. In both instances, the owners were directly involved, personable and flexible. We strongly recommend their services to you.

    Retirement Home Transition

    Working in the retirement home industry, I was constantly looking for reliable people to ensure a seamless transition and move to my community.     Repeat customer!

    I had worked with another organizer before I worked with Trigger and Karl. After working with them, I cannot consider working with anyone else. Not only are they kind and thoughtful, but they are also efficient. What I really appreciate about their “philosophy” is that they don’t just organize a room to look good for a week, they work with you to organize the room in a way that you can maintain on an ongoing basis - this is the mark of a true organizing professional. You won’t regret hiring Trigger and Karl; in fact, you’ll wonder how you managed without them.

    Friendly and efficient

    Systems N' Spaces was recommended to me when I sold my townhouse and moved into a one bedroom condo. They'd transitioned my grandparents from their apartment to a retirement residence, and my parents were extremely impressed with the Systems N' Spaces team. I figured I'd at least meet with them, and make a decision from there. Well, as soon as I met Triggerr and Karl, I knew we'd get along great! They're both caring and compassionate, and hilarious as well. As I walked them through my house and talked more about the upcoming move, my positive first impression only shone brighter. I'd already downsized most of the house but Triggerr suggested a few options for the remaining furniture I was getting rid of. Moving day came, and the initial positive vibe I got from Triggerr and Karl was greater enforced. They worked hard for hours on end, all the while remaining cheerful and friendly. At my condo, they helped unpack and put the bed back together, and even altered their route home to drop things off at my parents' place in Kemptville. Systems n' Spaces was a total pleasure to work with, and both Triggerr and Karl are new friends to me.

    Great downsizing experts

    Greatest investment. This company helped to transition my 90 year old mom into a senior residence. I can’t begin to say how wonderful this company is and worth every dollar. My mom moved into her senior residence and found that the same day of her move, all things in place complete with curtains and pictures hung. It felt like home and greatly reduced her stress about the move. It was great to have a downsizing expert to help decide what to take and what to let go. I have already highly recommended this company to my friends.
