    Water Tank Installation

    Thank you for your service . I am very happy with what your technicians done . Even , the hot water tank was defectives from the beginning , the reason that the thermostat system was broken by transportation or other reason. But in the next day, the technician replaced it with a new thermostat. And now the hot water tank is working great. So I am very happy, I have chosen the right company. I also received the receipt of return old water tank. I wish you and your company develop more and more day by day. sincerely, Nhan

    tankless wqter heater

    I liked the punctality,service, friendly approch by Tamim and your contractors. Also thanks to Mr Joy for upadte & more info on the unit. I realy like the service from the start to finish. Thanks Shahzad

    Furnace Installation

    Water heater relocation and installation

    I recently had a new water heater relocated and installed by Home Saving and was very impressed with the entire experience and am happy to post a well deserved 10 star review. In a nutshell, their level of customer service was not just top notch pre-sale, but even after the heater was installed. > > My sales and service contacts were Joy and Tamin. After getting quotes from a few other contractors I decided to go with Home Savings as their quote was competitive and their responses to my numerous questions were answered thoroughly and promptly. Additionally, they were able to offer me a variety of convenient install times. > > The install was performed by David and Kevin who were great guys to work with! Despite the job taking longer than expected due to some unforeseen circumstances, at no point in time did I feel like they were rushing nor did they try to tack on extra charges. They took their time to make sure everything was done properly and explained exactly what they were doing. It was really refreshing to see installers with such pride and passion in their work. I've attached a few photos of the finished product... Hopefully my photography skills do the install justice ☺ Two days after the install I received a phone call from Joy asking me if I was satisfied with everything. I mentioned that the water was not as warm as we expected (I was going to call in about this but she beat me to it) and she immediately booked a follow up visit with Dave and Kevin. When Dave and Kevin arrived they realized that there was manufacturer defect with the mixing valve and determined it would need to be replaced. Within a few days the new part arrived and was installed under warranty. Overall their customer service and professionalism was excellent and exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be contacting them for any of my future HVAC or plumbing projects and will highly recommend them to my friends and family.

    Furnance

    It is the second time I use services provided by Home Saving Inc. My old furnace cannot make through this winter, so I decided to replace it with a new one. I ordered XV95 and it works pretty well to keep my house warm. The technicians are professional and got works done smoothly and efficiently. I am so happy with the service. Nice job and thank you!

    Humidifier

    furnace

    our new furnace was installed by Home Saving inc. This is the second time to use this company's service. The experience working with them is pleasant. A great team, one-stop service including attic insulation and auditor's inspection. We are happy so far.

    water heater installation

    My whole experience of removing my reliance home comfort rental unit and installing my new Bradford White power vent water heater was great from start to finish ! Thomas the salesman was very professional as was David on the installation team. They even saved me money in returning the old tank for half off what Reliance would have charged me to pick up the unit. It's only been one day since installation but everything is great so far. I also had them install new wifi thermostat and that was done professionally as well. Would definitely recommend this company to all my friends.

    Furnance replacement

    My furnance was replaced by Home Saving in Oct. So far it is very good. The two technician have done great job during the whole installation phase. They moved out the old one and all the gabages and cleaned the sites afterwards. The salesman Thomas is easygoing guy too. He helped to answer a lot of questions. We like to have the new Tran furnance.

    Furnace Replacement

    An excellent furnace at a great price. The Trane XV 95 is a solid unit that has performed flawlessly since I got it. I am happy Thomas at Home Savings recommended it. The installation of the furnace was done quickly and professionally by two highly skilled technicians. They arrived as scheduled, showed great care when removing the old unit and bringing in the new Trane, and cleaned up after the new furnace was installed and tested. Thomas dropped by to ensure everything went well. This is the 4th time I have used this company and I would not hesitate in recommending them.
