In each case that we have phoned Peter and Tenzin, they came promptly and fixed the problem quickly and professionally. I am very happy with the service and attitude of this company and recommend them highly.

Everything was handled efficiently and in good time. The work place was left clean and the workers were considerate of the house with their shoes.

Peter and his excellent assistant Tenzin had done several pretty major work ( the 3 listed + a couple of others ) at our house, over a period of about 3 years. His work has been well executed, timely and most importantly, problem free. He has been very good at a few minor adjustments that we needed to do to improve on his installations, all complimentary. This company has become our go-to place for plumbing issues. I will not hesitate to recommend him and his crew .

Noticed a water stain (bathroom leak), called Peter this morning. He and Tenzin (amazing tech) arrived in one hour (amazing service) and fixed the problem quickly. Peter installed an under counter hide bib so that I could connect a water hose from my kitchen to my patio. He did a fantastic job! No leaks at all - it's the best! His team is very professional, clean and courteous.

I just renovated my bathrooms and was VERY pleased with the work. They were on time, friendly, knowledgeable and it was just a pleasant experience. I wish I could find that in all the trades i've used in the past month! I will recommend them to everyone I know.

We had a major water backup from our sump pump that malfunctioned in one of the heavy rains this summer. Our flooring and walls got very damaged. Plumbers Direct came out and was able to explain how this happened and why. They provided us with a very reasonable quote to install a new sump pump and a battery backup system so that this never happens again. Our out of pocket expense was really offset when they showed us that the City paid a rebate of $1750 towards the job. We had two other quotes where the rebate program was not mentioned to us by the plumbing company. We are happy with the work and the efficiency of the team that Peter sent out. We will definitely use your services again.

PETER came over to install our infinity drains. I have since referred him to all my friends & clients. The most honest, efficient in a timely matter & only does whats truly needed. Also trouble shooting my own bathub faucet issue over the phone.
