    Basement Renovation Plumbing

    Renovated my basement. I called many plumbers which were all too busy or would not take the time to provide an on site quote or wanted to charge for a quote. Then I called Plumber's Direct, Peter, and my confidence in Plumber's was restored. Peter answered the phone immediately and came out quickly to provide me with a free quote. Within days his team was out to do the work. They did it quickly and perfectly. I called Peter again when the fixtures needed to be installed and his team came out quickly and did a perfect job. Peter and team are reliable, respectable and the cost is reasonable and very fair. I would recommend no other that Plumber's Direct for all your Plumbing needs. To add to this story, just recently I had a major plumbing issue with an investment property. I called Peter and his team came out immediately to do the work. This saved me from major stress with my tenants. Plumber's Direct, Peter and team are the Amazon of Plumber's.

    Highly recommended

    We would highly recommend Plumbers Direct. Peter, Joyce, Tenzen, Junaid and John were all excellent. Exceptional communication and their quotes were accurate. They were honest and worked very quickly and efficiently. We had a rather large job and the made it as painless as possible. Thank you!

    Honest and Good communication

    I saw this company was recommended by someone from my building so I called quickly when I had a kitchen leak. as I’m not handy, they were quick to explain what it could be and they understood and accommodated a request I had to be serviced quickly. I got an honest assessment and my leak was solved in a timely way. Thanks team Joyce and Peter!

    Toilet diagnostic

    Very quick response from Joyce with plumber/technician on site within hours. Excellent diagnosis of the issues and repair/replacement on site. Very good communication with both the technician and the office. Personable, effective and efficient professional service! Very pleased!

    Faucet

    We were Very satisfied with Plumbers Direct right from the first phone call through to the completion of the job. The team responded Very timely,, were courteous and professional. Would definitely hire them again.

    install washing machine and reroute kitchen sink drain and floor drainpipe

    Tenzin and his assistant showed up on time and finished the project that day 6 hours later. He explained what was done, took pictures and made sure to tidy up. Thank you to you both!

    Outstanding professional service!

    Peter and his team installed new bathroom fixtures for us (shower, double sink, toilet) as well as a new sump pump. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. His guys tidied up after each day and did a great job. We had one warranty issue afterwards and they came the same day I called and had it fixed with a new part within the hour. I highly recommend Peter and his crew for any plumbing job you are considering.

    Faucet change

    I had a plumbing emergency & Peter really came through for me, He had two of his guys come & fixed my issue within a couple hours of my call. They were very professional & explained to me what they were doing. I am a new hone owner & Peter educated me on the issues I had which made it easier for me to make some decisions. Home improvement can be stressful but this was not, I am very grateful.

    Bathroom Sink Drainage

    Our bathroom sink stopped draining on Friday so I started looking into plumbers on Saturday and emailed Plumbers Direct after my sister recommended them. I ended up calling them and having a brief conversation to ensure the diagnosis of my problem and they said they could have someone out on Monday to fix it. They came by during the window of time that they said they would even though the weather decided that it wanted to dump some snow. They wore masks, were great about communicating what they were going to do and did the work very quickly. They even provided a quote on our kitchen sink where the faucet was dripping a bit. Bathroom sink is draining even better than it was before. Would recommend Plumbers Direct, really convenient, stress-free and quick service.
