    Kitchen Drain (crawlspace)

    Tenzin and Junaid came Monday June 1st 2020 and checked out the problem(kitchen drain outside leak crawlspace), told me what it was and how much it would cost, and then went right to doing the job. They did a great job and they're great guys too. I think the price was fair. Would recommend them and the company to anyone. Thank you again Sandra & Peter

    Hot water mixing valve repair

    They are very easy to reach and easily available. Service was quick and excellent. Very up front with the cost. Card payment options available.

    Service

    My main water valve started to leak when I called Plumbers Direct. They were quick to respond my emergency. After arriving and dealing with my problem I asked them to check out some of my other concerns regarding my plumbing. My house is nearing 60 years old and needed a few upgrades. Together we decided to replace two old faucets, install some shut off valves and replace some old ones. The work was done to my satisfaction, the cost was reasonable and the service was professional.

    Bathtub faucet emergency repair

    They were very responsive and able to come to my home and repair my issue with my bathtub. They were very professional, kept me updated on there arrival time and I highly recommend there service.

    Drain issues

    Being a homeowner I can’t stress enough importance of having a good plumber! Plumbers Direct are reliable, professional and would hesitate to call them again. I had issues with a clogged drain and Plumbers Direct came out the same day, cleared the drain and also provided maintenance tips to prevent the clog in the future. Thank you!

    Currently looked at the sump pump check valve. In the past fixed foundation wall crack inside and out, installed sump pump and back up valve.

    As in the past Plumbers Direct provide exceptional service. We have availed ourselves of their service in the past for both home and work locations. Peter and his crew are very professional, informative and fast. The job is always done efficiently and clean up is excellent. I have already recommended them to family and friends, no one has been disappointed. I will continue to do so. You can’t go wrong using Plumbers Direct.

    Toilet repair

    We used Plumbers Direct twice this year. Both times they promptly responded to our call and quickly sent a technician. The plumpers were professional, courteous and took the time to explain the problem and the solution and provided a reasonable quote up front. They were quick and careful in their work. Plumpers Direct quickly resolved with a follow up call a small issue we had without charge. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a reliable plumber at reasonable rates.     Bathroom, piping (internal and external), shut-off valves

    We have had Plumbers Direct do a number of jobs for us over the last year. We have been extremely happy with their service. Peter is always available by telephone and has been very prompt with booking timely appointments. As well, the technicians show up on time, are respectful, and get the work done efficiently. They have replaced pipes inside and outside the house, repaired toilet flappers, and changed shut-off valves. We will definitely continue to use Plumbers Direct in future.

    Drain clogged

    At of out income properties, there was a clog in the drain where the washing machine was hooked up to, and it was causing a water leak when the washing machine was being used. I notified plumbers direct on Saturday afternoon, and they quickly got someone over there the next morning on Sunday to resolve the issue. Always happy with the speed and efficiency of Plumbers Direct, which is why I use them exclusively. Thank you!!
