This is the second time we have used Sandro to do renovations on a small house we own in Vancouver. He did a great job on the main floor bathroom a few years ago, so we decided to use him again to renovate the basement bathroom. The lime green sink put in many years ago was rusting and the cabinet deteriorating. Sandro replaced the sink, faucet and vanity. He also installed a tile backsplash around the sink and replaced the bathroom baseboards and floor. He also replaced a loose tile by the shower and painted the wall and window well. When we pointed out a couple of holes in the drywall to give access the main water shut off, Sandro fixed that as well.

Delfabulous did a great job of taking apart and redoing entire shower - all fixed. Also project to fix drywall ( extensive damage) and repaint two rooms. All done on dates planned, done neatly ( minimize disruption) and completed as planned. All looks good.

This Fall, Sandro has project managed an exterior make-over on our house involving re-painting, removing & replacing fascias, and a deck re-build. We were really appreciative of Sandros over-sight on this project Sandros projects stick to budget and timeframe, he works hard, and he really keeps you in the loop so that you always know where the project is at. On this reno, Jo also provided some valuable consultancy on the exterior design (loft vents etc) and paint colour combos. We highly recommend!

Sandro is excellent. He does great work and does not cut corners. He works hard. He keeps the worksite tidy and the trades organized. His budget was transparent and he came in on budget and on time. He's friendly and professional. He communicates well. I would unhesitatingly hire Sandro again and recommend him to anyone.

Sandro renovated our master bathroom in the spring of 2022. He did an incredible job (as always) - we have used him on multiple projects. Clean work site, efificent and on budget - and a beautiful product in the end. 10/10. Sandro is a one of a kind pro.

Delfabolous Home Improvements helped me with renovating my entire main floor. The renovation included brand new hardwood floors through out, brand new kitchen, brand new powder room, brand new hallway, all new doors, pot lights, new paint, new fireplace surround, as well as adding a supporting beam to open up the space between the living room and the dining room even more. Overall the renovation went without too many surprises and the only challenges were the supply chain issues everyone else was experiencing. Sandro did a great job informing me of all changes and how would they impact the budget. He also recommended not to do a few changes I was planning to do and this ended up to be a right decision. It was great working with Sandro and I am very happy with the end result. Sandro made himself available even after hours whenever I had a question or a concern. He even came to reconnect my furnace thermostat after an electrician failed to connect it properly. This was greatly appreciated as the night was very cold. Thanks Sandro. This was not my first project with Sandro. He has renovated my family bathroom and my master bathroom as well a few years ago. Both bathrooms are holding up to wear and tear very well. I recommend Sandro without hesitation to all my friends. I am already planning my next project and will be reaching out to Sandro for help.

Sandro recently completed a full family room and kitchen renovation. We are thrilled with the final product. Sandros pricing is extremely fair with each item outlined. He arrived on time and he had an extremely high of quality of work. Trades were coordinated so there were no delays in project completion, from start to finish was nine weeks. We did the general design ourselves but Sandro had excellent suggestions to improve the layout, for example extending the island to allow for more seating. Additionally, he was able to customize our cabinetry by creating legs as an extension of our island, even going to five paint stores to ensure an exact colour match. We will be recommending Sandro to our family and friends. Thank you Sandro for making our kitchen dreams come true - we expected the process to be stressful but it was not at all with all steps going smoothly. We look forward to having Sandro back to do our bathrooms in the future.

Sandro was very punctual and arrived on time both days. Thoroughly completed all 3 bedrooms replacing old carpet with beautiful laminate within 2 days. He was very quick and very helpful. Would totally recommend him and his business to anyone. Thanks Sandro, your a star!

My wife and I own a rental house in the Dunbar area of Vancouver. This house was where I grew up many years ago. When my father passed away, I inherited the house and rented it. Eight years ago we began renting it to our daughter, son-in-law and our two grandchildren. The house is over seventy years old and in need of some maintenance. The roof has been redone and the single pane windows have been replaced with more energy efficient double pane. This year we decided to improve the upstairs bathroom. We hired Sandro to do the job. This proved to be a very good decision. He took the bathroom down to its bare bones. The existing tub was too shallow, the sink too small and coming away from the wall. Additionally, the toilet was cracked and not operating properly. Sandro retiled the bathroom floor (also cracked) and the tub surround. He is a one man wrecking crew. What our family really liked is that he cleaned up after every day spent on the job. Sandro can do it all, demolition, electrical, plumbing, tiling painting and so much more. This job was complicated in that I live in Chilliwack. I only met Sandro once in person and a couple of times on Zoom but instantly had confidence in him. He has an outstanding work ethic and I have no hesitation in recommending Sandro to anyone looking to renovate an existing home.
