I needed two hinges replaced on one garage door plus weather stripping along one side. My on-line request for an appointment was responded to within an hour even though it was in the evening I submitted the request. Mike, the technician, followed up to ensure he understood my request and he even called me to say he was on the way to my house. He presented himself as a professional in every respect, did a first rate job in replacing the hinges and weather stripping. He even took the time to paint the heads of the screws around both doors to hide the signs of rusting as well as lubricated both of the doors moving parts. The quality of work was everything I expected and more. The overall cost was much less than anticipated. I felt I did get great value for the invoiced amount. I would highly recommend this company.

I came across this company on groupon, but the specific deal did not cover our area. I read the reviews on here, and decided to contact them anyway. My parents had problems in the same week, so we set up appointments for both of us, and both issues were resolved professionally, quickly and at a reasonable cost. I would definitely recommend Easy Flip again, and would use them in future.

I'm so happy and satisfied with the result of workmanship. I don't have any regret that I choose this company to install my belt driven garage opener. The installer came on time and did the work accurately , neatly, quickly and of course with quality. Expert and solid installer came to my place . Above my expectation. One of the 2 cables attached to a garage door broke and I called Mike who came the very next morning at the appointed time. It transpired that my other garage door also needed the cables to be replaced and Mike did a superb job on both doors very efficiently. He even checked and lubricated my garage door openers and tightened all bolts that needed attention. I strongly recommend Mike for such a job. Others gave me much higher quotes yet Mike still excelled in what he did for a lower price.

After reading the comments and reviews on Homestars, I decided to call Mike to fix and tune up my four garage doors. Two of the doors were inoperable altogether. Mike made the appointment for the same day, showed up on time and didn't rush through the job. In all, he replaced gears for one motor, replaced the torsion cables on another door, replaced the safety sensors on a third, and installed a wireless keypad. He lubricated all the rollers and springs and changed all the lightbulbs as a courtesy. His professionalism and friendly demeanor was appreciated. If you have any issues with your garage doors, do not hesitate to call Mike - you will be very pleased. I am referring Mike to my neighbors and friends without any hesitation. I bought a $39 dollar Groupon towards $120 worth of garage repair which covered the service call. I had moved into a new house and the previous owners did not tell me until after that one of the rollers kept popping out of the track. I had to bang it back in which was leading to all sorts of safety concerns. So I bought the Groupon, and sent an email with my information. They said they would get back to me. Well, a month went by so I followed-up with them and had an appointment scheduled within two days. Mike called the morning of the appointment to tell me he was a bit behind and would be there soon. He really wasn't that late and he was the nicest guy! He pinpointed right away that I needed to replace the worn plastic rollers. I don't think it even took him 20 minutes to do it. He even moved back some items I had removed from the garage to give him room. I have to say I would always call Easy Flip Garage Doors in the future for any of my garage door needs. I had been so annoyed about this garage door for some time and Mike took that all away. I love my garage door now!

My garage door went CLUNK. Glad I wasn't standing under it! I could see loose cables so I knew it was beyond my ability to tinker with it. I called Easy Flip and got a friendly gentleman who let me know that the service call would be $79. He said he'd be here that day between 12 and 3 -- and he was. Mike was polite, helpful, professional and quick. The whole job took less than a 1/2 hour. The torsion spring was $85 and HST brought the total to $185. He changed the light bulbs for me and explained about lubricating the parts for ongoing maintenance. A job well done! I highly recommend this small, family-owned business. I initially called one of the companies listed here with many more reviews but they were too busy to take my business. Glad I found Easy Flip!

I called Easy Flip for a garage door opener installation. Mike came a few days later and installed it within an hour. He thoroughly trained me on the sensor, using the keypad and remotes. Mike even suggested an upgrade on the rollers for safety reasons which I had him replaced immediately. Mike was even kind enough to help me fasten a loose storm door at no charge. I would recommend Easy Flip to my friends and family. It was definitely a five star service! Thank you, Mike and Easy Flip!

I called in the morning, and someone came by the late afternoon. He was quick and efficient, priced-matched for me, and gave me a really good deal with replacing the bearings after he told me they were due for a replacement. Replaced everything in about 40min, and even drove out with me to the bank afterwards to save me time. Excellent, excellent service!!

I called Easy Flip after we lost one of our garage remotes in the neighbourhood. Our need to replace was urgent for security reasons and they rearranged their schedule and arrived at the time stated, approximately 3h after my call. They gave me good advice about repair vs. replace and the work was completed perfectly in about an hour. The service person was also really pleasant and professional, always had a smile on his face. I would use this company again and highly recommend them. I chose them based on other Homestars reviews!
