Within two hours of contacting Turf Rain's office, their technician was on site to open our sprinkler system. James was quick to get the system running and test all functionality of the nozzles. During the opening, it was found that one solenoid for the automatic functions was damaged, which James was able to replace quickly and efficiently. No complaints, 5/5.

Replaced broken sprinkler head and pipe, set up timer and adjusted sprinkler spray. Replaced sod and cleaned up site. Very happy with their work and recommend them to friend.

I've been using Turf Rain for 4 years to open & close our system, something which I had no familiarity with prior to buying this house. Brian and Quincy arrived in the expected time frame, and with only positive reaction, installed an additional sprinkler head which was not part of the original work order. I highly recommend Turf Rain for any sprinkler system issue.

The service repair man and his assistant were professional and thorough my biggest complaint/ issue was the cost to complete the work in my opinion to be charged an additional 45 dollars per leak over and above the labour charge per hour is outrageous considering the parts involved in the repair would be less than 5 dollars each. From my perspective this is essentially double billing the customer. The office staff/ receptionist was friendly/ helpful but should has been able to compensate/ discount the work being completed, particularly when I spent over 700 dollars last year and an additional 900 this year. Otherwise my rating would be much higher

They were overly accommodating, exceptionally friendly, quick and efficient with the spring maintenance of my irrigation system. I hire them on a seasonal plan and last year they fixed a number of issues from my previous installation from another company. Great people and customer service. I love that they send email reminders, payment on site and are honest, nice people.

I purchased a new home in 2016 with an irrigation system. This is the first time I have owned a home with a system. The gentleman who provided the service to my irrigation system not only did an excellent job in preparing the system for the winter months, but took the time to educate me on my system and how to look out for areas that may create future problems or higher cost maintenance. I highly recommend the Turf Rain team.
