    Horrible service

    Absolute waste of money, told us he would charge $200 over the phone then told a fake story and demanded $400. My dad believed the guy, and we never saw a single rat after the one we killed ourselves. He told us there were tons more rats hiding in crevices, they would breed and multiply, hide in the walls etc etc. He erases negative reviews from his website. We can't get our money back. Please find someone else more honest to spend your money with.

We apologize for any inconvenience which you may experienced during or after the service. The price $200 plus tax was quoted you according to your explanation about the pest issue ( Mice). During the inspection our technician found its not only Mice; there is also Rat infestation in the house. Our technician took pictures as a proof also ( home star is not allowing me to upload the picture otherwise I could upload those as proof for you and others who will read this post). Our technicians have full right to review the price according to the situation and infestation level in case it was not told or unknown while quote was provided.The price was given to your father and he gave us the authorization to start the service and paid amount was $350 not $ 400 ( just wanted to correct). Our top priority is providing a best service with competitive rates but some people wants to use review as a tool to get the money back once their issue is resolved. Thanks Pestend team

    Excellent Service dealing with Mice

    I hired PestEnd to deal with a persistent mice problem in my home in downtown Toronto as well as in a rental home where a tenant had found one mouse. I liked that Pest End offered a one year guarantee and that follow up visits would be included in the cost. It was about $225 per house. It took about 3 weeks (as they had predicted) for the treatment to effectively eliminate the mice. Hamid did a great job talking me through repairing mouse entry points in the house. He was efficient, prompt, friendly and knowledgable. For the initial and follow up visit (6 months later), excellent communication and showed up when he said he would, which I really appreciated. Zafar did the original visit and was also great to deal with.

    Mice in attic

    The technician Tony, who came to check my problem with mice in the attic called and advised me he was able to come same day that I called for service. Tony was very polite and professional. He went in the attic and spread the bait through out , and explained how it works and how long it would take for results. I would highly recommend Tony .

    Getting rid of pesky squirrels

    Tony was over to my place within a couple hours of me calling in the problem. Did a very exhaustive and complete inspection-and reported the problem-I told him to go ahead and fix the problem-which he did efficiently and professionally. Very pleased with this young mans professionalism and work manner. Would highly recommend.

    bed bug extermination

    Fazee did a great job of inspecting, answering questions and coming for a follow-up. I really appreciated his work ethic and his guarantee, as well as his timely follow-up. We felt very confident in his services and would recommend him!

    Bed Bugs in Condo

    I had bed bugs in the bedroom in a one bedroom condo and the team from Pest End effectively eliminated the problem in one visit. Friendly service and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

    Scrawls in attic

    Tony did a great job putting a one way door to let the scrawls leave and not able to come back. he also let me use his ladder to change a light bulb.

    Mice And Ant Control@darren

    Fazee just left after treating our three (yes three) attics. He was very helpful, and explained everything he was doing. After they treated our horrible carpenter ant problem successfully, I'm sure these mice don't stand a chance. We live on a forest, so the annual plan has really been useful.
