He did a great job with making sure we understand the process and he was very flexible with the time.

The exterminator first search the kitchen behind the stove only then search in the basement where the activity of the mice were there and tell us about the possible ways of entry could be and ask us to cover the vents with metal mesh And tell us to wait for 3 to 4 weeks until we can get rid of all mice

We heard Pestend was one of the best companies for dealing with Mice (here on Homestars but elsewhere as well) so we gave them a try as this was the first time we had mice in our home so we were quite concerned. The first thing I liked was that they got back to me super quick, by phone first but I was busy at work so I couldn't talk on the phone but they followed up by email as well which is perfect! They were able to come out the next morning, where I met the technician Sajad who was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained how the bait works, showed where the best spots to place it are and check everywhere inside and out for signs of infestation and/or entry...luckly for us we seem to just have a couple, I felt much better after a professional confirmed that plus now we have a 6 month warranty on any mice issues! Great work, at a fair price...will call on PestEnd again, highly recommended!

We found a mice in our kitchen and one in the garage. The response to my call was very quick. Within an hour Moe was in the house to place the baits.

Fazee was my technician and he was incredibly knowledgeable. Very courteous and answered all my questions. Having bed bugs was a nightmare but having Fazee to help was very reassuring! The treatment was ~3 hours. And I haven't been bitten at all since! Thank you very much!

We had a bedbug problem in some of our rooms. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and we felt confident in his services.

Long story short is I woke up one friday with a series of bites and was worried I had bed bugs. I called some places and most of them didn't have any availability until a week later and only during office hours (!!!) but Pestend said they could come that night. Hamid and another employee came that evening around 7pm and told me the bites I had were in the pattern of bed bugs (a doctor had told me they were spider bites earlier in the week when I only have a couple) and searched my bedroom. They eventually found a baby bug and showed me. They were calm and considerate considering I was freaking out. The best part was they came the next day, on a Saturday, to spray my town house. No actually the best part was I was never bit by a bed bug again! They used mattress covers that are amazing, they feel like cloth, not plastic. They came again a couple weeks later to do a second spray with no issues at all. I would highly recommend not getting bed bugs haha but if you do, these guys were awesome. Thx!

Early one morning, we heard scratching noises in the ceiling. We called Pestend and they came ASAP. Tony came to our rescue later that day. He told us there was evidence of mice in the attic as well as a possible squirrel that had found a way into the attic. He placed mice traps in the attic and garage and also found where the squirrel had gotten in and put a trap there as well. He then went through and showed my husband where to seal the house to prevent any further critters from getting in. A few weeks later, Tony returned to see if we had heard anything else. Very professional, would highly recommend to anyone with any pest control issues.

fazee was very pleasant and thorough and made sure that the mattress covers I bought on my own were certified. he followed up with me twice to make sure my experience was satisfactory and that my bed bugs were all assassinated.
