    Carpenter Ants

    We had a great experience with Pestend and would definitely use them again. Praful Patel was helpful and conscientious. I was really impressed with how quickly he was able to locate the source of the issue on the limited clues we could provide. I completely trusted him - his work ethic was great and he made sure I didn’t have any questions or concerns. The communication with the company was great.

    Pest removal

    Moe the technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He assured us of the work and the process/expectations.

    Wasp Nest Removal

    Great service provided by service technician Salman. He explained the removal process thoroughly and what to expect over the next few hours from the wasps outside the nest. Salman was courteous and prompt answering all my questions. Highly recommend!

    Bed bugs

    Alex from pestend was very helpful, and did a good job spraying the house. He answered all my questions, and called to tell me when he would arrive. He was very professional, and there have been no problems with bedbugs since. The receptionist Sharda was also excellent to deal with. Thank you so much for your help!!

    Wasp nest removal

    Moe did an amazing job. He was on time and did a quick and neat job. He even gave me a warranty on his work. I'm very happy with his service.

    Pest Control

    I would absolutely recommend Pestend Pest Control. We had an issue with ants. Moe the technician was very knowledgeable and treated both the interior and exterior of the house. He even spoke to our neighbour about trimming their tree (it was touching our house) as that could be an entry point for the ants. Great experience and most importantly our ant problem is gone.

    Excessive price structures, double price when climing a ladder

    Moe was the exterminator. This was his 3rd visit. Paid the company already $575 for some carpenter ants and for Mice/Rats maintenance. The call back was for some ants on the ceiling in the garage. The technician Moe ask for $200 for a one time treatment without warranty. The set price was double (carpenter ants treatment was $90 per visit) because he has to clime up a ladder. No warranty because the entire house and garden was not treated which would be close to $1,000. These exterminators are like lawyers, based on their fee structure. If I would have agreed to it, it would have taken Moe 5 minutes to spray some powder on the area. It takes him more time to write the invoice then doing the actual job. Money easy earned because they have the license for products not available at the hardware stores.

    Hi Andreas, Please accept our most sincere apologies regarding any inconvenience that may have occurred. For the treatments performed at your property, methods, procedures, and prices were explained to you both over the phone and in writing; which were signed by yourself. Your initial carpenter ant extermination was done on May 18th with recommendations to have the entire property treated for the best results. But you decided to only have a spot treatment done and thus we cannot offer any warranty on such treatments where entire structure is not treated, or technician recommendation are not followed. During your second visit for the rat program and carpenter ants follow up, the same points were repeated on the service report, again, signed by yourself. Your third visit occurred on Wednesday July 4th regarding carpenter ant’s infestation localised to the ceiling area, which was not initially treated on May 18th, even though it was highly recommended to you by both our office representatives and Moe himself.
