Wow what have I not had James do for us. He so impressed us by doing a few small things with such orecision and diligence that I gave him the job of renovating my basement sute - painting, drywalling, replacing floors (laminate and vinyl) and cupboards, replacing blinds and lighting. His work was meticulous. I then had him repair my wooden decks and an entire outside staircase, pressure wash and more painting. He has repaired plumbing issues in my suite, and caulked a bath. More than the quality of his work and his punctuality and constant checking in with me on cost etc James thinks outside the box and is always thinking of the value of your assets he is working on and how to make the best decision for them without breaking the bank. Most importantly he has become a fixture in our lives that we always look forward to seeing. He is warm and engaging and we have shared ideas and a few laughs. I look forward to working with him on many more projects - we dont know how we survived before he arrived

We originally hired James when we needed someone to pick up, paint and install bi-fold doors and replace a board on our porch. His charge was approximate $300 less than a previous qoute. We then hired him to power wash our parking pad and do numerous small jobs around the house. James is professional and provides a quality service (including providing good advice, keeping you up-to-date on progress on projects, meeting commitments and working quickly and efficiently). When we think about things we'd like to get done, we no longer have to think " and who are we going to get to do that! I just add it to my CONTACT JAMES LIST. James is a pleasure to work with and is welcome at our house any time.

I knew what I wanted built and James was able to build exactly what I described to him. The finished product looks great and works beautifully for us, and, on-going, we receive SO many compliments on it from our customers. As an added bonus for us, James got the job done quickly and with no disruption to my business. He was also willing to come back and add on an extra special feature that I wanted in order to display various licenses and awards.

We have a large-ish house and we have had so many things that we have wanted to do for so long to make our home a better space but have not a handyman skill in the world. We have always been reluctant to just pull someone from the internet but we finally gave it a try. We found James based on two reviews and he has exceeded our expectations. He is punctual, polite, exacting and has great ideas but mostly there is nothing handyman wise he cannot do. He is already part of our household as he is just great to have around. He has started on some simple work for us - hanging complicated artwork, building wall hangers, fixing lights and we are now looking forward to much bigger items like garage reno and new floors..we consider him our best find of the year

James responded to my service request in an extremely timely manner and followed through with everything else in exactly the same way. His immediate knowledge of what each repair was needed for each issue on my list was not only helpful but also reassuring. James committed to and followed up on his promise of doing all the work quickly and with a minimum disruption to my household. I'm thrilled with how great everything now looks and I'm relieved to now have so many items from my "to do" list already taken care of, and SO quickly. James also took the initiative and spent time going "above and beyond" in doing research/phone calls, on my behalf, so that special repairs can be made to some of my kitchen cabinets. James truly understands, and gives, exceptional customer service. From now on, for every household repair that I have - I'll be contacting James to do the work!

I contacted James through his website and he called me back that day. He sounded very nice on the phone so I asked him to come over and give me a quote. He ended up fixing my gutter while he was there (in the pouring rain) and came back the next morning to replace my bathroom fan. Everything looks great! I will definitely call James again. As a matter of fact he's at my mothers right now helping her with her backyard fence. Thanks James!
