We were looking to get a rough-in bathroom and bar in our basement. The Plumbing Expert was recommended to us by a family member, so I gave Elie a call. I spoke to Elie on August 7th and on August 9th he was at our house to give us a quote. We agreed to proceed with The Plumbing Expert and scheduled the work to begin the following week. We received email reminders of the scheduled appointments with names and photos of who to expect at our house. The workers were great and answered all of our questions. Elie even followed up with us after the work was completed to see how the basement was coming along. We would definitely recommend Elie and The Plumbing Expert to anyone looking for a reliable plumber.

My 17 year old air conditioner stopped working on the 5th of August. I called Plumbing Expert at 9:00 AM and a service technician was looking at my system at 10:00 AM. After examining the system and taking into account the age of the system he explained to me that the A/C was not fixable, and further, that the furnace was on it's last legs. I am a professional engineer and I agreed with the conclusion. I ordered both a furnace and A/C. The new A/C was installed and working on August 13. The previous A/C had been installed with an incorrect sized drain hose so they returned on August 16 and completed the furnace installation. Everyone at Plumbing Expert that I came in contact with was professional and efficient. My home was left clean and all remnants of the old systems were gone. I was always kept informed about the progress of the order and the installation. Because I had prior positive experience with this company, I did not shop around for prices from competitors.

Highly recommended. Professional and excellent service. Was able to set up an appointment the first time I called. Then Elie (owner) was great following up and responding to my emails immediately. Elie is very knowledgable and also showed a great attitude teaching his young trainee.

Great company run by fantastic people. Elie and his team were professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to resolve my issue. My plumbing was a very messy situation from the previous homeowners, but The Plumbing Expert handled it in a timely manner without any issues.

I had a leak in a pipe above my powder room ceiling. I posted a request on HomeStars and was contacted by The Plumbing Expert the same day. They sent someone the next day - Brydon. He arrived on time and after inspecting the issue, provided me with a cost which was quite reasonable. The work was completed quickly and efficiently and it was done well. Brydon was professional and courteous. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing work and will go to them again in the future for any plumbing work that may arise.

The previous owner of my house MacGyvered some plumbing and the result was an awful odor emitted from our sump well which made the entire basement smell of sewage. The plumber we got was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, and explained the prices before actually starting any work. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to my friends and family.

I awoke on Sunday morning to a flooded cupboard underneath our bathroom sink. I turned off the taps under the sink, cleaned up the mess, and waited all day for a return call from our plumber here in Bolton after leaving a message at 9 a.m. After receiving no response to a second message at 8:15 the next morning, I called The Plumbing Expert at 10 a.m. It was great to speak to a very professional person on the phone and there were two men at my door by 11. The repair was made promptly, along with a toilet adjustment due to a run-on problem. Amazing prompt and professional service. This is now my go-to plumbing company.

I had clog drain and I called Ellie in the morning and he was able to get someone out within a couple of hours. Worker was very professional, super knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend The Plumbing Expert!!
