I was hit with a sump pump & backup system failure on a Sunday and needed work done on these ASAP! I contacted many different companies and had no response or very rude & unprofessional response. Then I came across “The Plumbing Expert”. They answered my call promptly, asked questions to identify the problem over the phone, and while I was getting phone support, a technician was already on his way to my home. The Technician was very helpful & professional - explained how the system should work and offered timely solutions. Moreover, he did the actual installation work right there and then. He did an Excellent job. Even after he left, I called him again with some follow up questions and he didn’t hesitate to come back and show me what I needed until everything was super clear. I’d definitely recommend “The Plumbing Expert” to my clients and friends! Great service, guys!

I contacted the emergency services of big box plumbing company to diagnose my Flooded basement problem. I was appalled when the serviceman tried to upsell me and push “his good buddies” on me to fix my basement. His buddies were calling me even before his assessment was done! That’s when I called Elie at The Plumbing Expert. He sent a truck over as soon as possible. The guys diagnosed my basement flooding problem in no time and applied a professional remedy. Summed up in three simple words, these guys are Trustworthy, Professional and Honest. No gimmicks or upselling of side jobs; just the facts, remedies and future considerations. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone!

These guys were excellent. They changed my pressure tank, all valves and installed pump to septic for my washer. Fast efficient and great people. Cost was reasonable and I loved the service. Any more issues, I would definitely call them.

In our area the water is extremely hard. We bought a new fridge when we bought our home, ( previous owner had a older water softener)and when we used the water from the fridge and the ice, we found the salt coming out with it. With a baby we needed something done right away. We called Elie at the plumbing expert and right away we got a new water softener and reverse osmosis installed. It feels really good to have good clean water for us and the baby and to finally have good water coming from the fridge. Very professional and done in a timely manner. Will for sure be using Elie and his services again.

I had a huge puddle in my basement, due to my main drain being blocked. I called a plumber I had previously used. He was unavailable and told me he could get a trustworthy friend to check it out. Elie came by the same day within a couple of hours. He did a camera inspection and snaked the drain as well. He left after making sure the problem was resolved and thoroughly explaining the issue.

Educated me on the importance of filtration and shout out solutions for a very compact area. Not only was it vital for health but also to the rest of the equipment throughout the home.

I had a garage hose leaking hose bibb. Brydon did a fantastic job replacing it as quickly and efficiency as possible. If there are any other plumbing issues, I will be certainly be contacting them again. Thanks!
