    Evestrough replacement.

    Well done, from the estimate phase to the installation. The team advised me that they had opening, that I took, and they showed up on time. They were clean, even to the point of wrapping the feet of their ladders so as to not damage the deck. The finished effect is professional. They're not cheap, but good.

    Complicated eavestrough job on mansard roof and soffit replacement

    I purchased an older house in Riverview Park / Altavista which badly needed new eavestroughs and downspouts. At first, I called a separate well known company in Ottawa who eventually refused to do the job because they thought it would be too complicated (my house has a mansard roof with no fascia, which apparently is a nightmare for eavestroughs company). I then asked Bronson & Johnson for a quote. Fabien Cauley turned up a few days later. I found him and his team very professional and helpful. Fabian acknowledged the difficulties posed by an old-style mansard roof but accepted to do the job. On installation day, it was found upon removal of the old busted eavestroughs that the old soffit and the wooden part underneath was poorly nailed to the roof and was drooping a bit, which complicated the installation of new eavestroughs with leaf screens further. The team fixed it and we agreed on a price to install new soffit on the spot. The job therefore took longer than expected but everything went well. Also, communication with Bronson & Johnson via e-mail went well. I would highly recommend this company.

    Eavestroughs

    The work was excellent. We had a difficult situation because of the way our roof abuted our neighbour’s large roof and the existing setup caused lots of problems with water runoff on both properties. Fabien was able to design a setup for the eavestroughs the made much more sense. Fabien and his guys were a pleasure to work with and we’d have no hesitation recommending them to others.

    Gutters installation and repair

    Fabien and his team installed rain gutters on the 2nd floor of my home, including downspouts to the 1st floor. They also replaced 2 other downspouts that were damaged, routing one around a gate that was opening into one. They were punctual, gave us multiple options in their thorough quote, and performed the work quickly. No rain yet to test it out but I have full confidence if there was any problem that they would be back to fix it. Very professional and obvious why they receive so many positive reviews.

    Eavesthrough

    Contractor showed up when they said, did the job efficiently, installed the product quoted, did the job for the price quoted. Eavesthrough looks great.

    Eavestrough replacement, repair, and additions

    Just wow! First of all, Fabian only replaced the segments which really required replacement and then he repaired and fixed up the other portions (which were still in good shape though older). We asked them to add a segment to extend the system away from a pathway and they did that. At no charge, they repaired and extended that piece when the Bell guys broke it. In fact, they changed the direction so the Bell guys would not break it again. This is great service and I highly recommend this company.

    Fixed eaves flow and leak issues

    I had eaves flow issues and leaks. Fabian offered both repair and replacement options. I chose repair, which was a smaller job, but still got great pro active response and excellent service. They installed a bigger 4x4 downspout with a flip-up hinge as requested, did some caulking and checked for debris (there wasn't any). Fabian also dropped off a few extra parts (metal flip-up hinges) after the fact at a price that beats the cheaper plastic version you get at big box reno store. I would recommend without hesitation.

    Screened Eavestroughs

    With this July about to set a rainfall record, our aging eavestroughs could not keep up and we knew we had to quickly find someone to fix or replace them. Fabien came over and gave my husband a break down of replacing the different sections as well as an overall price of replacing all existing eavestroughs and downspouts. We have a huge maple in the front yard and we were very interested in the screened eavestroughs. We met with Fabien again and I had a couple extra requests to accommodate my rain barrel. We set a date for the work to be done and Fabien and crew showed up on the date and time we had agreed upon. Fabien said he would be here on installation day and he was true to his word and also worked along with his crew. They were all very courteous and careful of my gardens and plantings. I remembered that a piece of the siding was loose by the downspout and asked Fabien if they could put a nail into it while they had the ladder there. He said it was on the work order already. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the couple extras I had requested were included in the final billing. Companies like Bronson Johnson are rare these days. I definitely recommend them.

    Eavestrough

    Fabien came to my house to give me a quote the same day I called. Very impressed with his professionalism and the quality of his work. I had a number of issues dealing with my eavestrough and he gave me 3 options depending on the scope of the work I wanted done. He was onsite with his team and did a fabulous job. I would highly recommend Fabien and Bronson Johnson.
