    Fabien and his team did an excellent job installing new eavestroughs and drains. The prompt response to a request for quotation, the patience answer numerous questions, and the professional installation were all very much appreciated. I certainly recommend this company. Thank you.

    Heating Cable Re-install

    Mike from Bronson Johnson was completing some work at a neighbour's home when I asked if he could re-install a heating cable that was pulled down by snow the previous winter. It was a quick 10 minute job that he was happy to perform without charge. But I was most impressed by conversation I had with Mike after the job was complete. He provided a clear explanation as to why the problem would continue to occur and he suggested some potential solutions. But what struck me most, was Mike's approach and helpfulness that left me with the feeling that he was more interested in solving my problem than trying to sell me something. How many companies can you say that about nowadays? Mike left with nothing but a promise that I would write this review.

    Soffit and Fascia Repair

    I was so thankful for the exceptional service I received from Bronson Johnson Seamless Eavestroughs this weekend I had to leave a comment! After a particularly windy night I discovered that some of the aluminum fascia along my roof had detached and was hanging from the house. I hired Bronson Johnson Seamless Eavestroughs five years ago to install soffit, fascia and eavestrough after hearing excellent feedback from other trades people in the roofing industry, so I got in contact with them to discuss my options. I was so relieved when Mike immediately agreed to rearrange his schedule and come by and inspect the problem on a very cold morning. He had the issue fixed in no time and did not ask for any compensation, explaining that's how they treat their customers! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for an excellent product; professional, friendly service and long term commitment to their customers. Thank you Mike and Bronson Johnson Seamless Eavestroughs!

    fencing

    Great local company, would recommend to others in a heart beat. Thanks guys! Fence looks great. The job was efficient, and solid and good customer service. Would use again in future.

    Absolutely top-notch service

    We bought a a 2,000 sq. ft. fixer-upper, and almost everything about the house needed to be repaired or rebuilt, including the eavetroughs. Bronson Johnson Seamless Eavetroughs was just the company for the job! The level of service and quality of work that Mike and his crew provided was just simply amazing. Mike's crew is very courteous, take their job seriously, and enjoy what they do. I recalled a crew member named Donny taking the time to explain the eavetrough replacement process and coming up with a solution that avoided us incurring extra costs. Mike's crew doesn't cut corners; a wooden plank that was fractured at the corner was used to replace the previous rotten fascia. I was going to bring this up to Mike, but before I had a chance his crew had taken down the two fractured pieces and put up a whole piece in its place. Mike himself is very personable, down-to-earth, and he took the time to discuss and address any issues that we had. There were only a few instances in which it took Mike a day or two to get back to me via email, my preferred method of communication. But, his company is very popular, so I can understand that he needs to prioritize his communications with his clients - though our job was important, it wasn't urgent for him to get back to me right away. However, he was available if there was an emergency. The quote and invoice were very clear as to the breakdown of the cost of work needed and materials. The company does NOT take deposits, and only asked for payment at the completion of the job. As well, Bronson and Johnson honors its pricing. We needed to have the eavetrough work completed in two phases that were one year apart. Mike returned in November - he kindly accommodated us into his schedule and finished the job before the snow hit - and didn't charge more for our delay in work (in comparison, our stucco company said they would have to raise their prices in order to complete the second phase of the job, which prompted us to find another company). In terms of the finished product... we're extremely happy! We chose the eavetrough with the microguard... no more ladders! We selected the black colored eavetroughs, which nicely tie in with our gray stucco. Mike also personally installed aluminum siding to finish the trim around our garage door, adding a slick look to the entrance. Our renovations came with a lot of surprises and challenges, so it was a pleasure to work with Mike and his crew who helped us deal with the unexpected. I unequivocally endorse and recommend the services of Bronson and Johnson Seamless Eavetroughs to anyone looking to have their eavetroughs repaired or replaced! Cheers, Simon.

    Eaves, Soffits and Fascia

    Mike came out to my home for an estimate in the Spring and was extremely helpful problem solving the issues that I was having the previous winter. I called back in the Fall to proceed with the work required and was very impressed with the result and the teams professionalism. The house (new eaves, soffits and fascia) look amazing and every day the work area was completely cleaned of any debris. Mike and his team were consistently keeping me informed of their progress, and delays due to weather. I would highly recommend Bronson & Johnson to anyone looking for a fantastic company to work with.

    eaves and downspouts

    Mike was a pleasure to deal with, knowledgeable and great attitude. Quality workmanship - no rush job. Showed up when they said they would and took the time to communicate as the work progressed. Eaves look great. Happy with the work.

    New Eavestrouphs

    Mike and his team were amazing to work with. The job was done perfectly and quickly. He even threw in a partial eavestrouph on a shed in our backyard. Highly recommend this company.

    Shed- soffit, fascia & Eavestroughs

    A few years ago, you did the eavestroughs on the house and we were pleasantly surprised to see that you also did soffit and fascia. It was a very easy choice to call you back when we needed finishing on the shed. It looks fantastic and everyone at Bronson Jonson is awesome and friendly.

    Home eaves-trough replacement

    Fabien and his team were excellent....prompt, courteous, hardworking and very professional. Old troughs were removed and very strong troughs put up with the old nail holes plugged and a leaf guard mounted. Extra sized downspouts will really move the winter melt. Fabien suggested some redesign to eliminate water pooling near the foundations and to remedy an overflow problem we had down our porch brick wall. He patiently took the time to discuss my concerns, with a result of a very functional and sharp looking finish. One solution required a reworking of one eaves-trough that the team had already mounted....this was done within a few minutes at no extra charge. The team also pulled out my boat and trailer to gain access and replaced them well. For service and quality Bronson Johnson are demonstrably the best.The price was very reasonable for the quality of materials and the workmanship. I was told that should there be any subsequent issues, they would be there to remedy the matter. The next day it rained hard and the troughs did the job perfectly with no leaks or overflow. No wonder this company is in high demand...deservedly so! They have my unreserved recommendation. Thanks Guys! Bryan
