Bronson Johnson removed the old eavestroughs on our 93 year-old house this past spring, a job that required tearing down and rebuilding the fascia that was for a different size eavestrough. Mike and Adam were professional, kept us well informed of what they were doing and why, explained our options well -- were generally excellent. They really shone after the job was done, though, when water starting pouring down the front of the house. It turned out that it WASN'T because of anything they had done: it was a roofing issue which just picked a bad time to start. But Mike didn't stop trying to figure out exactly what the problem was (it seemed inexplicable to everyone) until he was sure he had it figured out and was able to explain it to us. This process took several visits and a number of experiments, but allowed us to go back to the company that installed the new roof five years ago and explain to them the exact issue, which they (Godfrey) then promptly and very satisfactorily dealt with, under warranty, also without fuss. It was a good experience all around, the kind that restores your faith in human nature. Mike was cheerful, patient and pleasant throughout, a consummate professional. Thank you Mike and Adam!
